How To make Ground Meat Pizza
7 1/2 ozs refrigerated biscuits
8 ozs no-salt-added tomato sauce
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 c ground chicken breast, skinless
1 tsp pizza seasoning
1/4 tsp italian seasoning
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 c mushrooms
sliced
2 tbsps onions :
chopped
1 tbsp red and green bell peppers -- chopped
1/2 c fat-free mozzarella cheese -- grated
1/4 c fat-free cheddar cheese -- grated
2 tbsps fat-free parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a toaster oven tray with cooking spray. Press biscuits onto bottom and sides of prepared pan to form a crust. Bake for 7 minutes. Remove from oven. Spoon tomato sauce onto partially baked crust. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken, italian seasoning, pizza seasoning, and garlic powder. Cook until chicken is no longer pink. Spread meat mixture onto crust. Sprinkle with mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, and cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese has melted.

Meat Lovers Egg Cheese Pizza Crust Recipe Here:
Servings: 12 slices
Toppings:
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Pepperoni Slices
1 Ib. Hot Italian Sausage, cooked and crumbled
3-4 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled
Marinara sauce base in serving macros
Dough:
6 ounces of Colby or fiesta shredded cheese
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
½ teaspoon of onion powder
½ teaspoon of basil
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
Optional: If you want a larger pizza, add 2 ounces of shredded mozzarella
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Cook the sausage and bacon
Drain the bacon on a paper towels
Set aside both bacon and sausages
In a large bowl add dough ingredients and mix well
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Add dough and using the back of a spoon shape into round crust
Bake crust for 10 to 15 minutes and then flip onto a new parchment paper
Add sauce with a brush
Add cheese and then toppings
Return to oven and bake for another
10 to 15 minutes until done
Can add to broil
Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top
Slice and allow to cool

Cheeseburger inspired pastry! So crunchy and so cheesy ????
Ingredients:
(Makes 8 large pieces)
2 puff pastry sheets
1 1/4 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
Freshly ground pepper
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Egg wash (one egg whisked with a tbsp. of water)
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Sliced avocado (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Sauté the onion and ground beef together on medium high heat for a couple minutes then add in the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper. Cook for another 6-8 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Cut the puff pastry sheet into 4 equal pieces. Use a fork to poke holes in the middle of each piece leaving a half inch border. Doing this will allow the border to poof up and create a crunchy crust.
- Add your beef to where you poked the holes.
- Add on your cheese on top of the beef.
- Brush your soon to be crust with egg wash.
- Sprinkle the edges with some toasted sesame seeds.
- Put it in the oven for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Top with sliced avocado.
