Combine Salad Dressing, Basil & Parsley; Cover & Chill. Alternate Squash, Onions, Tomatoes & Mushrooms On 8 Skewers. Grill Kabobs Over Medium Coals 15 Min. OR Until Vegetable Are Tender, Turning & Basting With Dressing

Oven Grilled chicken kabobs with vegetables marinated in everyday spices for optimum flavour and then grilled to perfection. You wouldn’t believe it was made with chicken breasts, it is tender, succulent, bursting with flavour and the vegetables were simply perfect.
This is a great recipe to welcome spring, summer, and this grilling season. You might just find yourself making this recipe all summer for bbq, parties or even dinner, it is a great crowd-pleasing dish. Let me show you how to make this perfect chicken kabobs recipe in easy steps.
Ingredients
1 ½ lb (600g) boneless skinless chicken breast pieces: you may also use chicken thighs
½ tablespoon garlic granules
½ tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon coriander
½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
½ tablespoon chicken stock powder: this is optional
2 ½ tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt to taste or use according to taste.
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Water
vegetables used
1 large zucchini this is also known as courgette in the UK
2 Mixed bell peppers
1 large onion

What you need
2 pounds of shrimp
8 chicken breast tenderloins
1 pound of your favorite steak
2 squash

Sazondor para pollo seasoning
Black peppercorns
Old bay seasoning
Garlic
Olive oil

Teriyaki sauce
Soy sauce

1 tsp complete seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black peppercorns
Shrimp seasoning
1 tsp old bay seasoning
2 tsp lawrys herb and garlic marinade
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Chicken seasoning
1 tsp complete seasoning
2 tsp of sazondor para pollo
1 sazon packet
Handful or fresh parsley
2 tbsp of lawrys herb and garlic marinade
1 tsp of black peppercorn
2 tbsp of olive oil
3 crushed garlic cloves
Vegetable seasoning
Add 2 tsp of complete seasoning
Directions
Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes to avoid burning and breaking
Cut meat and vegetables into 2-3 inch square slices
Add your seasonings
Thread the meat and vegetables onto the skewer
Heat grill to medium high heat
Cook for 5 minutes on each side

Tandoori vegetable recipe is undoubtedly everyone's favourite. The flavours of vegetables cooked in tandoori style is what beats every other tandoori recipe. This vegetarian recipe can be served as a starter and looks great with loads of colours when arranged well. This tandoori recipe is not only easy to make but healthy too.
Ingredients
Choice of vegetables
100 gms baby potatoes (par boiled and peeled)
100 gms mushrooms
100 gms okra
100 gms cauliflower florets
100 gms tendli (ivy gourd)
100 gms mixed peppers
Marination
250 gms Dahi
1.5 tbsp roasted gram flour
1 tsp haldi pwd
2 tbsp red chilli pwd
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
2 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp crushed corriander seeds
1 tsp chaat masala powder
Garnish
Coriander leaves
onions slices
lemons halves
Method
Cut the vegetables into large chunks.
For marination:
In a bowl add 250 gms Dahi, 1.5 tbsp roasted gram flour, 1 tsp haldi powder, 2 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, Salt to taste, 2 tbsp mustard oil, 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds, 1 tsp chaat masala powder and mix it well.
Add the vegetables into the bowl, mix nicely and allow it to marinate for half an hour.
Roast the vegetables on the skewers, cook for 20-30 mins at 200 degrees Celsius in a preheated oven.
Garnish with Coriander leaves, onions slices and lemons halves.
The tandoori vegetables are ready to be served
