Ingredients:
• 1 green radish
• 1 carrot
• Some scallions
• 2 eggs
• 2 small spoons of salt
• 1 spoon of thirteen spices
• Some flour (2 spoons)
• 1 spoon of cornstarch
0:05 Prepare one green radish and one carrot.
0:58 Shred the carrot.
1:56 Shred the green radish.
2:51 Remove excess moisture from the radishes.
3:12 Chop the scallions.
3:43 Squeeze the water out of the radishes.
4:55 Season the radishes and mix the ingredients well.
5:51 Begin making the vegetarian radish balls and fry until golden brown.

昆布の旨みと切り干し大根のぽりぽり食感が美味しい、夏場に食べやすいさっぱりとしたメニューです。
????切り昆布は糸昆布や刻み昆布などと書かれて売られているものを使用しています。
納豆昆布やがごめ昆布など粘りの強い昆布を使用するとより美味しいです

今天我要用杏鮑菇和芹菜做一道素食料理, 分享一道台灣街邊小吃素炸雞排, 以前剛到台灣念大學的時候, 學長學姊都會說, 走! 帶你去士林夜市吃豪大炸雞排, 比臉還大的雞排~ 我就說我吃素, 可以去吃地瓜球, 也可以跟你們一起去士林夜市逛~ 台灣小吃種類繁多,即使是素食者也能在夜市找到許多美味的選擇。現在,我想將這份回憶轉化為一道素食料理,以紀念那段美好的時光。我將運用杏鮑菇的肉質口感和芹菜的清爽風味,製作出一款獨特的素食炸雞排。這道料理不僅是對我在台灣生活的回憶,也是對我愛與善意的象徵。台灣的小吃文化不僅僅是美食,更是人們聚集、交流和分享的地方。即使是以素食為主的料理,也能在這樣的氛圍中找到屬於自己的美味。透過這道料理,我希望分享我的愛與記憶,並且鼓勵大家探索更多素食美食的可能性。士林夜市的炸雞排或許成了我回憶中的一部分,但這份美好的時光已經啟發我嘗試創造出更多美味又健康的素食料理。這也是我在融入台灣生活中所學到的,飲食不僅是味蕾的享受,更是與人分享情感和回憶的方式。期待能透過這份美食,將我的愛與回憶傳遞給身邊的人,同時也鼓勵更多人開啟素食美食之旅 。
