Coffee Shortbread Recipe ~ Noreen's Kitchen
Here is a really nice coffee shortbread that is inspired by a box of cookies we picked up at Trader Joe's last week. This is a basic shortbread that is flavored with finely ground coffee. I also added a bit of coffee to the white chocolate that we dipped the bars into at the end.
These are fantastic and make a nice afternoon go along with a cup of coffee or tea. These would also make a nice gift. Pack these up in a pretty box with some tissue or glassine paper and you have a really nice gift for the coffee lover in your life!
I hope you give these coffee shortbread cookies a try and I hope you love them!
Happy Eating!
