1 pk Gingerbread mix 1/2 c Water 1 c Cut-up candied fruit 1/2 c Chopped nuts Recipe by: CHRISTMAS COOKBOOK Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix gingerbread mix and water. Stir in candied fruit and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 min. About 3 dozen cookies. Gumdrop Ginger Drops: Substitute 2/3 cup cut-up gumdrops for the candied fruit. Mincemeat Ginger Drops: Substitute 1 cup prepared mincemeat for the candied fruit. Raisin Ginger Drops: Substitute 1 cup raisins for the candied fruit. -----

I will show you how to make chewy ginger candy and it is super easy. I ate a lot of ginger chews when I had morning sickness. I love the intense flavor of it. Ginger can also warm up your body and help with blood circulation. Give it a try~ Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of ginger juice 1/2 cup of brown sugar 2 tablespoons of honey Bring the above to a boil and turn the heat to low. Gradually add in 1 tablespoon of glutinous rice flour. Stir for 1 mins. Then pour the mixture on a piece of parchment paper and cool it completely. Dust with cornstarch and cut into strips.
