1 lb Fresh shrimp 4 Water chestnuts chopped fine 1/2 c Bamboo shoots chopped fine 1/4 ts Fresh chopped ginger 1 ts Salt 1 tb White wine 2 ts Corn starch 1 Egg white Deep frying oil Prepare shrimp by cleaning thoroughly and removing shell, legs and devein. Mince the shrimp. Combine all of the ingredients except oil Use a teaspoon of the mixture and shape into balls. Heat oil in a deep pot or skillet and deep fry shrimp balls until Golden Brown. Remove from oil and place onto paper towells to drain excess oil. Serve Hot

Ingredients Prawns and seasonings ▢ 15-18 Shrimps ▢1/2 tsp salt ▢1/2 tsp sugar ▢1/4 tsp white pepper ▢cooking oil for fry
Coating ingredients ▢1 egg ▢ 40 g cornstarch ▢ 80 -100 g bread crumbs
14 oz of medium firm tofu 1/2 lb of minced shrimp 3/4 cup of diced water chestnuts 3 garlic cloves 1/2 Tbsp. of ginger 2 tsp of salt 2 tsp of white pepper 1 Tbsp. of soy sauce 1 Tbsp. of sesame oil flour egg panko oil for frying soy sauce, chili garlic sauce and green onions for dipping
Directions:
Combine tofu, shrimp, water chestnuts, cloves, ginger, salt, white pepper, soy sauce and sesame oil until everything is well-incorporated. Form balls, dust in flour, dip in egg and cover in panko. Fry until crispy and golden brown.
Mix together your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

Mix all the ingredients,ilagay sa kaldero, pakuluan, tuloy tuloy ang halo, kapag naglapot na, patayin ang apoy, salain ang sauce para matanggal ang siling labuyo at para matanggal kung meron mang namuo sa sauce. Video Recipe:

1Ib. Lump Crab Meat 1/2 tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning - To your taste 1/2 tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning Rub - optional 1 egg 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 2 Tbsp. Mustard - yellow/dijon or both 1 Tbsp. Melted butter 1 Tbsp. Parsley flakes 1/2 c. Breadcrumbs or Ritz crackers, finely crushed 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
Shrimp:
1/2 Ib. Large Shrimp Peeled and deviled 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic 2 Tbsp Butter 1/2 tbsp Old seasoning or Old Bay Rub - just enough to coat the shrimp Any Neutral oil to grease the pan
