Homemade Fortune Cookies Recipes: Great for parties (ASMR)
Hi, everyone :) Today we’re going to show you how to make a fortune cookie at home.
Fortune cookie is fun and easy to make at home!! Especially when you're looking for a treat to surprise to your family or your friend. You can put your own quotes inside the cookies, and give it to a friend, a lover, a family as a gift. So interesting, right?
There is a tip to making fortune cookies, which is when they come out of the oven, you have to work very quickly because they’re folded individually while they’re very hot. Our recommendation is to wear a pairs gloves, it will help you to make easily.

✎ Yields10~12 cookies
Ingredients:
egg whites 2
sugar 100g
all-purpose flour 63g
cornstarch 3g
rice flour 20g
salt 1.5g
vegetable oil 32g
Water 25g
Vanilla extract 5g
Instructions
1. Add the egg whites and vanilla extract, water, vegetable oil to a bowl and use a whisk to beat until frothy. Set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, sift in all-purpose flour and rice flour, cornstarch, use a whisk to incorporate all dry ingredients.
3. Add sugar and salt, mix well.
4. Use your hand to create a well in middle of dry ingredients.
5. Add about half egg white mixture, smash that together and stir well.
6. Pour the rest of egg white mixture, stir until smooth.
7. Place 1 tablespoon of batter onto a baking sheet and use a spoon to spread into 9 cm circle.
8. Repeat with another batter circle, do not make too many, because you just have a little time to fold them. Two is ideal.
9. Preheat oven to 170C, bake for 10-11 minutes or until the edges become golden brown.
11. Work quickly, first flip them over, it's easier to put the fortune in the middle, and then fold the cookies in half.
12. Use a cup to fold and bend a fortune cookie into shape.
13. Put the folded fortune cookies in a small muffin or tart pan to hold the shape until firm. It's done.

Homemade Fortune Cookies ???? ! | Janet and Kate
Homemade Fortune Cookies Recipe:
Ingredients:
5 egg whites
4 tablespoons water
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350̊ F degrees.
1. Mix together egg whites, water, vanilla, and almond extract until fluffy but not whipped. Add salt, sugar, and flour and stir until incorporated.
2. Lightly spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Pour 1 tablespoon of batter onto the baking sheet and gently use the back of the measuring spoon to swirl from the center and push outward to form a 4 inch circle.
4. Bake for 7 minutes at 350̊ F degrees until the edges of the cookies are just turning golden.
5. Remove from the oven, immediately slide an offset spatula under a cookie to release it.
6. Place a paper fortune across the center.
7. Bring the edges together like a taco shell. Place the rounded bottom onto the edge of a glass, gently use fingers along the seam you created to push down and fold the fortune cookie over the glass rim to shape it.
8. Repeat for remaining cookies, one at the time.
