2.75 c bread flour

0.50 ts salt
4.00 tb grated parmesan cheese
0.50 ts dried rosemary; crushed
1.00 tb cornmeal
1.00 ts salt; coarse
1 black pepper
1. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in 3/4 cup warm water, about 110
degre 2. Stir 1 cup flour into the yeast. Cover with plastic wrap and

Focaccia Bread Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
dough:
500 g bread flour (tipo 00 italian and 550 in germany)
1 pack instant yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp..italian allrounder
260 ml lukewarm water
5 tbsps. olive oil
toppings:
1 clove garlic
1 medium size onion
50 g olives
125 g diced ham
100 g parmesan cheese
For the dough, mix the entire ingredients. Let it rise for one hour. Prepare the topping or filling. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C top and bottom heat for about 15 to 20 minutes. Please watch video for further instructions. Thank you...
