1 1/2 cups Brown sugar -- packed
2 cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons Baking soda
3/4 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
4 cups Flour
7 ounces Flaked coconut
1 12 ounces Pk semi-sweet chocolate chip
6 ounces Pecans -- broken
Combine as listed and shape into 2" balls 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375~ for 15 minutes. Transfer at once from baking sheets to paper toweling to cool. These freeze well either before or after baked.

Bahan-bahan :
1/2 cawan mentega bergaram (113 gm)
1/2 cawan lemak sayuran (92 gm)
1/2 cawan gula merah (100 gm)
1/2 cawan gula halus (100 gm)
2 sdt vanilla essence
1/2 sdt garam
1 sdb cuka
1 biji telur besar (lebih kurang 63 gm)
1 sdt baking soda
2 cawan tepung gandum
2 ke 3 cawan choc chip (340 to 510 gm)
Pastikan bhn2 pada suhu bilik. Satukan butter, lemak sayuran, semua gula, vanilla, garam & cuka. Mix selama 2 minit. Tambah telur, pusing lagi 30 saat. Masukkan baking soda & tpg. Mix hingga sebati sahaja. Kemudian masukkan coklat chip. Jgn terlebih mix.
Guna sudu bsr atau ice cream scoop utk bentukkan doh. Jarakkan 2 inci. Bakar terus atau sejukkan dlm peti ais bahagian chiller, sekurang-kurangnya 30 minit. bakar pada suhu 180C selama 20 minit hingga kekuningan sedikit. Pusing tray selepas 10 minit

Ingredients :
1/2 cup salted butter (113 gm)
1/2 cup shortening (92 gm)
1/2 cup brown sugar (100 gm)
1/2 cup castor sugar (100 gm)
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 large egg (about 63 gm)
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 to 3 cups choc chip (340 to 510 gm)
Make sure all ingredients are at room temp. Cream together butter, shortening, brown & castor sugar, vanilla, salt & vinegar for about 2 minutes. Add egg, beat for 30 seconds. Then add baking soda & flour gradually. Mix till just combine. Lastly add the choc chips. Do not overmixed.
Use a tablespoon / ice cream scoop to portion the dough. Space 2 inches apart. Bake immediately or chill for at least 30 minutes. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes or till slightly golden brown on the edges. Rotate pan after 10 minutes.

No other cookie or treat beats Chocolate Chip Cookies. They're gooey on the inside but crunchy on the outside, pretty irresistible if you ask me!
Honeysuckle’s Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe (makes 8):
Melt and carefully brown 8 tbsp high-quality butter, I used Kerrygold brand
In a large bowl mix:
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt (kosher)
1/2 tsp baking soda
Then once it’s a ribbon-like consistency, add:
1 1/3 cups AP flour
1 cup large chocolate chips
Mix well, scoop into round dough balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with finishing salt if desired. Chill 10 minutes if you’d like and bake for 10-12 minutes at 350º F.
Cool and serve

unsalted butter: 114g
white sugar: 100g
brown sugar: 110g
an egg (50g)
1tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
flour: 160g
chocolate chips: 175g
also for the oven: 170-180 degrees Celsius
edit: I made them with those measurements today and they turned out amazing, they're really delicious! I put them at 180degrees celsius for 11 minutes it was enough!
si des français passent par là: si vous n'avez pas de brown sugar (si quelqu'un sait ou en trouver d'ailleurs???), vous pouvez utiliser de la vergeoise, j'ai pris de la blonde et c'était parfait! pour la baking soda c'est du bicarbonate de soude!
