2 - Large Heads Broccoli, Florets & Stems Trimmed
250g (8.82oz) - Green Beans, Top & Tailed
1kg (2.2lbs) - Chicken Thigh, Boneless & Skinless, diced
1/2 Cup (125m) - Chicken Stock
3 - Garlic Cloves, Minced
2 - Lemons, Juiced
1/3 Cup (80g) - Honey
1 tsp (2.5g) - Onion Powder
1 1/2 Tbsp (30ml) - Soy Sauce
2 tsp (10ml) - Sesame Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp (12g) - Corn Flour
Seasoning To Taste
Basmati Rice -
350g (12.35oz) - Basmati Rice, Washed
700ml (700g) - Cold Water
Salt To Taste

Layer the shredded cheese on crusty sourdough bread then add your favorite toppings! I like adding pepperoni, basil, and season it with some garlic powder and italian seasoning. Have a side of marinara for dipping if you'd like!
Spicy Peanut Sauce wontons
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tsp smooth peanut butter
2 tsps rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar or honey
2 tsps chili oil
Frozen wontons
Garnish: green onions, black sesame, cilantro
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, peanut butter, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, honey, and chili oil. Mix well and let the peanut butter bloom for a couple minutes. Pour over hot wontons and garnish with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!

2 tbsps mayo
1 tsp pesto

In a bowl, combine everything and mix well.
Slather mayo on thick hearty bread and layer with the greens, tomato slices, the fried egg (cooked on each side for 1-2 minutes), roast beef, and bread. Enjoy!

1-2 packets of dried ramen noodles
Tofu cubes
Shredded cucumbers
Toasted sesame seeds
Spicy soy dressing:
2 tbsps gochujang
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. In another large bowl, pour over cooked ramen noodles that has been rinsed and drained. Top with tofu cubes, cucumbers, and toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy cold!
Cheddar and green onion savory waffles
1 cup kodiak cakes (or your favorite) waffle mix
1 cup water
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 stalk green onion, chopped
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp mustard powder
In a bowl, mix everything together and put into waffle iron. I like to set it on 4 or 5 to get it nice and crispy. Finish off with yogurt, top with avocado, green onions. Or just dip it with ketchup. Enjoy!
