How To make Curried Cabbage
1 lg Onion; finely chopped
6 tb Oil
1 lg Tomato; sliced
2 ts Cumin, ground
1/2 ts Tumeric
2 Carrots; sliced in rounds
1 md Cabbage; finely sliced
1 Green bell pepper; chopped
1/2 c -Water
-salt and pepper In a large shallow pan with a lid, saute the onion in the oil over a moderate heat until it is lightly browned. Now add the tomato, salt, spices and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. Next put in the carrots and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the cabbage and bell pepper and mix well. Pour in the water, cover the pan and simmer until all the liquid is absorbed and the vegetables are cooked. CABBAGE & CARROT CURRY INGREDIENTS
1 Small Head of White Cabbage Chopped (780g /27oz Chopped Weight)
1 Medium Carrot, Sliced
2 Small Tomatoes, Chopped
2 tspn Ginger-Garlic-Chili Paste
1 tspn Red Chili Powder
1 1/2 tspn Coriander-Cumin Powder
1/2 tspn Turmeric
1 tspn Salt
Pinch of Garam Masala
Coriander for Garnishing
Garam Masala for Sprinkling (optional)
Tempering:
1/4 Cup (60ml) Oil (Vegetable or Sunflower)
1/2 tspn Mustard Seeds
1/2 tspn Cumin Seeds
1/4 tspn Hing (Asafoetida)

Delicious and mouthwatering Cabbage. #MeatlessThursday. ???? ????????
Ingredients:
1 small or medium Cabbage
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon Maggie All purpose seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt to taste (optional )
5 to 6 Pimento Seeds (don't crush)
2 tablespoon crushed or minced garlic garlic
2 stalks of scallions
1 medium onion
2 sprigs of Thyme
1 small plum tomatoe (diced)
1/2 of large green Bell pepper
1/2 of large red sweet pepper
1/2 of large yellow sweet pepper
1/2 of large orange sweet pepper
1 Scotch bonnet pepper (red unseeded)
2 medium carrots, washed and peeled
3 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoon unsalted butter (optional)
Directions:
1. On Medium heat add 2 tablespoons of olive oil
2. On low heat add minced garlic and cook for a minute
3. Next add curry powder. stir to combine curry with garlic and allow the curry to burn
****NOTE ***What i meant by burning the curry is letting it cook in the oil a little, until it changes color. Curry will give you a stomachache; if not cooked properly. Therefore, this is why i cooked it for a little before adding the Cabbage.
4. Add onions, thyme,ecallion, pimento seeds and carrots, stir well and cover for 2 minutes
5. Add bell peppers, tomatoes, hot pepper and one tablespoon Olive oil and stir well for a minutes.****NOTE ****leave pepper whole; if you are afraid of the heat
6. On Medium heat add cabbage, maggie all-purpose, black pepper, salt and butter and cover for 5-6 minutes.
7. Stir well to combine all ingredients, cover for a few minutes.
****NOTE **** You may cook catabbage longer. However, I like my cabbage to have a little crunch to it.

Hi Guys, today I'll show you how to make Cabbage Curry. This is an easy and quick recipe.
Ingredients
1 medium head cabbage sliced
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp ground coriander
3 pinches hing
1 tsp finely chopped ginger and 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
1 large yellow onion chopped
1 green chile slit
1/2 cup pureed or chopped tomato
vegetable oil or coconut oil
