How To make Crockpot Stuffed Green Peppers

can cream of tomato soup

can whole kernel corn
Directions:
Cut a slice off top of each pepper. Remove core, seeds, and white membrane. In a small bowl, combine beef, onion, pimiento, salt, and corn. Spoon into peppers. Stand peppers up in slow-cooking pot. Add worcestershire sauce and mustard to soup. Pour over peppers. Cover pot; cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
Makes 5 to 6 servings.

Recipe for Crockpot Traditional Italian Stuffed Green Peppers
1 pound Ground Beef, cooked and drained
6 Large Green Peppers
1 bg (12 oz) Cauliflower Rice, steamed (can substitute with cooked rice)
16 oz can Tomato Sauce
16 oz can Diced Tomato
1 small Yellow Onion, diced
½ Tbsp Italian Seasoning
½ Tbsp Parsley
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
½ tsp (divided) Salt
½ tsp (divided) Pepper
2 cups (divided) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
6 slices Provolone Cheese (one slice per pepper)
Olive Oil
Steam cauliflower rice while sautéing onions and meat. Sauté diced onion in olive oil until tender. Remove from pan. Brown ground beef adding ¼ tsp of salt and pepper, drain. Add cooked cauliflower rice, onion, ground beef in a large bowl and mix well. Add tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, parsley, garlic, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper, 1 cup mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce. Add diced tomato to the bottom of the crock pot. Remove top of peppers and clean well. Stuff peppers with mixture and place in crockpot. Any leftover mixture add to crockpot between the peppers. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Cook on low for 5-7 hours depending on how crunchy you prefer your peppers. 15 – 20 minutes before serving top each pepper with a slice of provolone cheese. Return lid until cheese is melted.

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 large onion chopped
3 cloves garlic pressed
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon turmeric
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 cup (200 grams) rice
1 can (15 oz) (240 grams) lentils drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) (400 grams) diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 cups (500 grams) vegetable broth
½ cup (15 grams) parsley chopped
