How to Make Perfect CHILE RELLENOS Everytime!!!
Hello my beautiful fam welcome back to my kitchen! Today I’m going to share with you how to make the perfect chile rellenos every single time! Don’t let the egg intimidate you! Chile rellenos can be stuffed with anything you like, the process is the same, this is how me and my family enjoy them and let me tell you is delicious ???? TIP: you will know your egg whites are ready by flipping them over, if the foam don’t move, they are ready and then you can now add your yolks!!!! This step is the most important to have the perfect chile rellenos! Don’t miss it ????
Ingredients
Chile poblano
Eggs
1 1/4 cup of flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 toma tomato
1/4 onion
1 lb cheese
Sauce: it’s optional you can serve with out it
8 Roma tomatoes
1/4 onion
3 jalapeños
3 garlic cloves
2-3 tbsp chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp oregano
4-5 cups of water

Here you have another Mexican dish!! This one has to be my favorite dish of all times, I could eat them every week! Stuffed Poblano Peppers Mexican Style! So delicious!!
Ingredients for the peppers:
6 poblano peppers
4 large eggs
½ cup all purpose flour
+1 tbsp all purpose flour
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Salt
+vegetable oil for frying
+toothpick (2 per each peppers)
Ingredients For the filling:
1 lb ground meat
150 g Oaxaca Cheese
½ small Onion
1 roma tomato
1 cube chicken flavor bouillon
+½ tbsp vegetable oil
Ingredients For the tomato sauce:
5 roma tomatoes
Small chunk of Onion
1 garlic clove
1 cube chicken flavor bouillon
½ tsp dry Orégano
½ tbsp vegetable oil

7 peppers poblanos, hatch or Anaheim
6 eggs at room temperature
1/2 tsp black pepper
3/4-1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 APF (all purpose flour)
1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
Optional: 1/4 onion, 2 roma tomatoes and 1 jalapeños or Serrano chopped and mixed together
Shredded queso Oaxaca or your favorite melting cheese
For the salsa:
4 roma tomatoes
Chile serranos or jalapeños
Chile de árbol
1/8 onion
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt I’m using 2 tsp

About Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers are a dish common in many cuisines. It consists of hollowed or halved peppers filled with any of a variety of fillings, often including vegetables, cheese, rice, or sauce. The dish is usually assembled by filling the cavities of the peppers and then cooking.
Stuffed peppers (Bharvan Mirch or Bharva Hari Mirch) is one of several stuffed vegetable (Bharvan subji) dishes. It consists of bell peppers stuffed with cooked potatoes, and onions and seasoned with chili, turmeric, coriander, cilantro, salt, and lemon juice. The peppers are then either browned in a tava (frying pan) or baked in an oven until the peppers are scorched.
Mirchi bajji or pakora is a chaat (street food) item and is a hot favorite during the monsoon and cooler months. In Mumbai and western areas, the big green chilli pepper is stuffed with a roasted, spiced flour mix and fried. In the South, the big green chillies, similar to hatch, is dipped in a flour batter and fried. It may be accompanied by chutneys and sauces. In Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu, some of the smaller but more potent chillies are also stuffed and fried, especially as a side to rice. |

Easy Chile Relleno Casserole
Chile Rellenos has always been one of my favorite dishes, but making them is a long process. Today I am demonstrating a quick and easier way how you can enjoy the same taste in much less time.
I used Queso Asadero, an excellent melting cheese, for this recipe, but you can use any other cheese of your choice. You can also saute shrimp with your favorite seasonings and add a layer of shrimp, which is entirely up to you, and make it as unique to your taste and liking. To go with our casserole in this same video, I also shared the rice recipe and the sauce to go with the casserole.
Ingredients:
6-8 Poblano Peppers
Vegetable Oil as needed
1 Lb Queso Asadero or a Melting Cheese of your Choice
5 Large Eggs
Seasonings for the egg mixture:
1 Tbsp Tomato Chicken Bouillon
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Paprika, Salt
3 Oz Mexican Blend Cheese
Ingredients for the quick rice recipe:
2 Cups Long Grain White Rice or Jasmin Rice
One Minced Garlic Clove
1/4 Onion
4 Cups of Water, Vegetable, or Chicken Broth
1 Tbsp Tomato Chicken Bouillon or salt as needed
1 Tsp NM Chili Powder
1 Cup Frozen Unthaweed Peas and Carrots
3-4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Ingredients for the sauce:
2 Garlic Cloves
1/4 White Onion
2 Roma Tomatoes
2 Cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth
1/4 Cup
Salt and Pepper to your taste
1/4 Tsp Cumin
1 Cup Heavy Cream, Mexican Sour Cream, or 4oz Cream Cheese
