Crock Pot - Pork Shoulder slow cooked that is super tender and delicious
Cooking a 10 lb bone in Pork shoulder via a crock pot. It takes about 6 hours on low and 1 on high for super moist fall off the bone meat. The meat can then be used for various dishes.
Don't forget to save some of that tasty broth for cooking rice/quinoa/couscous in to add tons of flavor.
-onion -salt/pepper -garlic -lime juice(citrus of choice) -Teriyaki -fill rest with water
I've also used thai peanut sauce or some peanut butter before which tastes great too.
