How To make Crockpot Chicken And Rice Casserole

can cream of chicken soup

can cream of clery soup

can cream of mushroom soup
1/2
cup
celery, diced

minute rice
Directions:
Mix in crockpot the 3 cans of soup and rice. Place the chicken on top of the mixture, then add the diced celery. Cook for 3 hours on high or 4 hours on low.
Makes 4 servings. More rice, about 1/2 cup, and 2 other chicken breasts may be added to make 6 servings.

Slow Cooker Chicken Bacon Rice Casserole
2 pounds skinless boneless chicken tenderloins
1 pound bacon, cooked and chopped
2 (10.5) cans cream of chicken soup
1 packet (3 Tablespoons) Ranch dressing mix
2 cups milk
1 cup regular long-grain rice
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Spray a slow cooker with nonstick spray. Place chicken in the bottom.
Mix together the cream of chicken soup, bacon, ranch dressing mix, half of the cheese, milk, and the rice. Pour this over the chicken. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the mixture.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for three to three and a half hours. If the rice mixture becomes too thick, adding a little water or chicken broth or additional milk will thin it out. 
TO CONVERT THIS TO AN OVEN MEAL:
Place the chicken bacon rice mixture in a Dutch oven or a large casserole dish and cover tightly with a lid or aluminum foil. Bake in a 325° oven for 60 minutes, or until the chicken is done all the way through.

Hey folks! Tonight for tea I made this lovely slow cooker dinner! Chicken, rice & vegetables :) Such simple flavours but you could go mad and add all sorts of seasonings and flavourings to jazz it up ’til your hearts content! Everything I used will be listed below.

Serves 3-4 adults (depends on the amount of chicken you’re using)
* 1 Tablespoon onion granules/powder or garlic if you prefer
* 1 Tablespoon chicken seasoning - or seasoning of your choice
* 1 Cup finely diced onions
* 1 Cup finely diced mushrooms - I used chestnut mushrooms
* 1 Cup frozen peas
* 3-4 Chicken breasts or chicken thighs
* 2 Cups rice - I used easy cook long grain
* 1 Cup cut green beans
* 1 Cup frozen sweetcorn
* 2 Chicken stock/bullion cubes - I used OXO cubes
* 1 Cup finely diced carrots
* Optional salt/pepper/soy sauce/garlic or any other flavourings you like

SLOW COOKER GREEN CHILE CHICKEN AND RICE CASSESROLE
Hey all!! Today is #crockpotcasserole day and a few other YouTuber friends have made crockpot casseroles too! Search #crockpotcasserole here on YouTube to see what they have made. Thank you to Cooking with Kory for inviting me.
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 small white onion, diced
1 poblano pepper, diced (about 1/2 cup)
19 oz. can green enchilada sauce
Add these ingredients at the end:
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/4 cup green onion
3 cups hot cooked white rice
Slow Cooker Size:
6-quart or larger
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker. Sprinkle over the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and chili powder over the chicken. Add the onion, poblano pepper. Pour over the enchilada sauce.
Cover and cook for 6-8 hours on the low setting.
When the cooking time is done, shred the chicken with two forks. Add the sour cream, half cup of the cheese and the green onion. Stir. Add the cooked rice and stir. Sprinkle over the remaining cheese.
Place the lid back on and cook for 15 more minutes or until the cheese is melted. If your rice has cooled and not hot, you will need to cook longer about 45 minutes on high.
