Crab Stuffed Chicken Breast No. 2693 Yields 6 Servings 6 Chicken Breast Halves, 3 Slices Boiled Ham, Cut In Skinned & Boned Half 3 Tbls Mayonnaise - Flour - Salt 1 Cup Dorure - White Pepper, Ground 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs 1/4 tsp Seafood Seasoning 1 Tbls Parsley, Chopped 12 oz Crabmeat 2 Tbls Cooking Oil 6 Slices Gruyere Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Pound the chicken breasts between 2 sheets of waxed paper until very thin. Mix the mayonnaise, seasonings and crabmeat. Mound the crabmeat on the end of each chicken breast. Roll each breast up around the filling. Prick each breast to seal. Roll the breasts in flour. Dip each in the dorure. Mix the parsley with the bread crumbs. Roll the breasts in the bread crumbs. Heat the oil in a skillet. Brown the breasts all over. Arrange the breasts on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.

Crab stuffed Chicken
You will fall in LOVE with this moist Chicken stuffed with Crab meat in a white wine creamy tomato sauce.
RECIPE FOR 4 :
4 pieces of chicken breast 300g crab meat 4 tomatoes diced 1.5 cups of shallots 400ml pouring cream 150ml pasta sauce / marinara 100ml white wine 75g melted butter Salt and pepper vegetable oil
METHOD :
Butterfly the chicken breasts, add the crab meat and fold in half. Place chicken in an oven tray and coat with melted butter then bake for 15 min in a preheated oven to 180°c / 350°f. In a pan, fry the shallots and diced tomatoes and cook out the juices, add wine and cook till reduced. Then add cream and bring to a simmer for 2 minute then add the pasta sauce and continue to simmer till it starts to darken in colour. Then add the chicken and cook for further 5 min stirring the pan frequently and turning over the chicken.
