250g Shrimp
250g Imitation Crab
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cheddar Cheese
1/2 tsp Chicken Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Powder

cheese cream - 300 g (10.6 oz)
garlic - 2 cloves
feta cheese - 200 g (7 oz)
pressed cheese - 100 g (3.5 oz)
parsley - 20 g (0.7 oz)
eggs - 1 piece
pressed cheese - 50 g (1.76 oz)
Tray size 30 X 40 cm (12 x 16 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F) /25 minutes
for the sauce:
yolks - 4 pieces
melted butter - 100 g (3.5 oz)
lemon juice - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
milk - 50 ml (⅕ cup)
OVER LOW FIRE 2 minutes
spicy paprika - 2 g (0.07 oz)

Кошнички от фини точени кори
Днес моят пост не е точно рецепта, а начин как да си направите в къщи кошнички от фини точени кори.
Тези кошнички са много красиви, хрупкави и вкусни. Те могат да се приготвят за десерт, за предястие или за лека закуска. Всичко зависи от пълнежа който ще приготвите.
Приготвят се лесно и бързо. Ще ви покажа два начина.
За 12 кошнички
Съставки:
4 листа от точените кори
40 гр.разтопено масло
Приготвяне:
Загрейте фурната на 175 градуса.
Разтопете маслото в микровълновата. Намажете формата за мъфини с масло.
Използвайте 4 листа от корите за баница. Сложете ги един върху друг и ги нарежете на 12 квадрата. (Разделете дължината на 4, а ширината на 3)
Вземете един квадрат, който има 4 листчета и останалите ги покрийте с кърпа, за да не изсъхват.
Първи метод:
Вземете едното листче, намажете го с масло и го сложете във формата за мъфини. Намажете следващото с масло и го сложете върху другото във формата, но го завъртете, ъглите им да не съвпадат. И така продължете с останалите.
Втори метод:
Отделете едно листче и го намажете с масло. Вземете второ листче и го сложете върху второто като внимавате да не съвпадат ъглите. Тук целта е да направите нещо като звездничка. Продължавате със следващите по същият начин. След като сложите последният (четвъртият) намажете и него с масло и сложете така наречената звездичка във формата за мъфини.
Каква всъщност е разликата между двата метода? При първият начин остава по малко въздух между корите и те стават по хрупкави, но формата им не е от най-правилните. Докато при вторият метод, се получават по стегнати кошнички, но корите са залепени една за друга.
Преди да ги сложите във фурната ги намажете с масло, но внимавайте, ако правенето на кошничките ви е отнело повече време, то тези във формата за мъфини са вече изсъхнали и когато ги мажете с четката може да счупите връхчетата. Така че може съвсем леко да ги напръскате.
Изпечете във предварително загрятата фурна за около 7-8 минути. Внимавайте и ги наглеждайте, защото могат много лесно да прегорят.
Оставете ги да изстинат върху решетка и ги напълнете с предпочитан от вас пълнеж!

At first bite, it's a great seafood taste, the calmed by the creamy spinach taste!
⚜️ The Quiche is from France, and is a super versatile dish! You can put whatever you want in it! Typically in Louisiana, seafood is added! Luckily for those vegan or people with shellfish allergies, this quiche is vegan and taste so much like crab! The silken tofu custard sets well, and that smoked gouda vegan cheese in there is awesome!
????????REMEMBER to let this set before cutting!! The mixture needs to cool down and set before slicing. Also, you want a giggle in the quiche. Don't bake all of the giggle out! As is sits out of the over for cooling, it's jiggle less and less.
???? Without further ado, deliciousness!
INGREDIENTS:
2 deep dish pie crusts (vegan)
---SAUTÉ INGREDIENTS---
1 T vegan butter (Earth Balance)
2 shallots, chopped (or another type of onion)
1/2 bell pepper, seeded & minced
1 T minced garlic
1 10oz pkg chopped spinach, thawed
1 c grated vegan cheese (I love Follow Your Heart Smoked Gouda)
1 - 11oz bottle of almond cream (or 3/4 c dairy-free creamer)
1 1/2 T flour
---TOFU CUSTARD MIXTURE---
1 12.3oz pkg silken tofu. drained
1/4 c aquafaba (juice from a can of chickpeas)
2 T nutritional yeast
1 t black salt
1/2 t black pepper
1/4 t turmeric
1/8 t nutmeg
---CRAB MEAT MIXTURE---
4 oz white mushrooms, sliced into rectangles/squares
1 - 1 1/2 t Old Bay seasoning mix
DIRECTIONS:
1. PREP: Preheat oven to 350F. Get out frozen spinach and pie crusts to thaw.
2. SAUTÉ VEGGIES & SPINACH. Add 1 T vegan butter in a pan. Heat, then sauté shallots & bell pepper until softened, about 5-7 min. Add spinach & cook until wilted and fragrant. Add garlic and stir for about 1 min, until garlic is fragrant. Remove from heat. Add vegan cheese, flour, and almond cream & stir until evenly mixed.
3. SEASON MUSHROOMS with Old bay. Toss to coat evenly. Set aside.
4. BLEND THE TOFU EGG CUSTARD
In a blender or food processor, blend together the tofu custard ingredients until evenly combined.
5. ADD TOFU MIXTURE TO SPINACH MIXTURE. Stir until evenly mixed.
6. ASSEMBLE QUICHE. Poke holes in the pie crusts with a fork. Fill the crust with a layer of mushrooms, then the spinach mixture. Make sure mixture is flat and even.
7. BAKE at 350F for 45 min. The edges will be browned, and they will be wobbly in the middle. Let stand for at least 20 minutes before cutting and serving.
There ya have it folks!! A delish breakfast or brunch! Customizable to whatever you can think of!

✅Ingredients
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 1 small sweet onion, diced
• 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
• 2 cloves minced garlic
• 10 ounces chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
• 6 ounces crumbled feta cheese
• 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
• 5 large eggs
• ½ cup milk
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
✅Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a 9 inch deep dish pie plate.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add in onion and mushroom and saute until softened, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add in garlic and cook 1 minute more. Stir in spinach, feta, and cheddar cheese. Spoon mixture into the prepared pie plate.
3️⃣ In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour egg mixture over the spinach mixture in the prepared pie plate.
4️⃣ Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, until eggs are set. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
