ingredients:
sliced lemons
sliced limes
fresh mint
filtered water
instructions:
wash the mint, lemons, limes and cut into thin slices or small pieces. place the slices into the compartments of an ice cube tray. pour water over the ingredients, filling each compartment to the top. place the ice cube tray in the freezer and freeze until solid, usually about 4-6 hours. once the lime and lemon ice cubes are frozen, pop them out and transfer them to a freezer-safe container. add the ice cubes to your favorite drinks for a refreshing citrus twist!
