How To make Chinese Quiche
1 cup hot cooked reg. rice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 egg white
2 eggs plus 1 egg yolk
1 cup skim milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 can Chinese
(16 oz. size)
vegetables :
drained (1 c.) 1 cup cut up cooked chicken
2 green onions sliced (with tops)
Pimiento strips Spicy Soy Sauce :

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Use 9 inch pie pan with non-stick finish or coat regu lar pie pan with vegetable spray-on for cookware. Beat rice, soy sauce, ginger and egg white with fork. Turn mixture into pie pan; spread evenly with rubber s craper on bottom and halfway up side of pie pan. (Do not leave any holes.) Beat eggs, egg yolk, milk and salt thoroughly; stir in vegetables, chicken and onio ns. Carefully pour into rice crust. Bake until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean, 30 to 40 minutes. Immediately run knife around edge to loosen crust. Let quiche stand 10 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges; garnish wit h pimiento strips and serve with Spicy Soy Sauce. 8 servings/135 calories each.

Vegetable quiche
20X30cm (8/12 inch) size pan or 22cm (8.5) diameter pan.
Ingredients:
2 carrots
1 potato
A glass of broccoli
1 onion
2 green onions
4 eggs (L size)
2 tablespoons olive oil
120g (1/2 cup) sour cream
50g (2/3 cup) mozzarella cheese
Salt and black pepper (about 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper)
140g (1 cup) all purpose flour
10g (2 teaspoons) baking powder
preparation method:
1. Rinse the vegetables well and cut into small cubes.
2. In a large bowl, place eggs, olive oil, cheese, salt and pepper and mix well.
3. Add flour and baking powder and mix until all the flour is assimilated into the mixture.
4. Add all the vegetables and mix gently.
5. Transfer to a pan, and bake in a pre-heated oven at 355f (180c) degrees for 40-50 minutes. The pie is ready when golden and stable.
6. Allow the quiche to cool completely, and only then cut.
Note:
You can replace the vegetables with other vegetables that you like or prefer.

Quiche is a baked savory open flan/tart usually consisting of pastry crust filled with eggs, cheese, cream/milk and vegetables, meat or seafood. They can be made using any of your favorite vegetables, meats, and cheeses and you can make them for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Quiche is the ultimate crowd-pleasing menu item and it can be served hot or cold. To make quiches at home you can use premade pie crust or you can just make one on your own. But in this recipe, I've shared a very easy one that doesn't require you to make a crust also you don't have to cook any vegetables before baking, so it saves up a lot of time and make the recipe a lot easier. The best part about this recipe is they can be made in advance. As you don't need a lot of preparation to make these full of flavor tasty quiches you can make them anytime you want. You can make and store them in a bunch and you got breakfast already done for the entire weeks. They are also great to take it to your tiffin.

Here is a meat patty, flaky and crispy, quickly browned in the pan then baked in the oven.
????????Ingredients for 12 pies
Dough:
500g all purpose flour
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
30cl lukewarm water
Batter:
230g all purpose flour
½ tsp salt
20cl vegetable oil
Stuffing :
500g minced chicken thighs (or pork)
3 tbsp light soy sauce,
½ tbsp dark soy sauce
½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp ground pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
5cl meat stock or water
2 tbsp vegetable oil
