Cheese Bread Delicious Fluffy
250g all-purpose flour + 1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1-1/2 tsp instant dry yeast
125ml warm milk
3 tbsp butter, melted.
1 large egg room temperature + for the spread
Soft butter/margarine to spread the dough
1 cup or more grated cheddar cheese for the filling + topping
Chopped spring onions for the filling

1 sdm gula pasir
1-1 / 2 sdt ragi kering instan
125ml susu hangat
3 sdm mentega, lelehkan.
1 telur besar suhu ruang + untuk olesan

1 cangkir atau lebih keju cheddar parut untuk isian + topping

PICKLED CHEESE-STUFFED PEPPERS (How I make stuffed hot cherry peppers with cheese in oil)
Summer might be gone in Adelaide but my hot pepper plants are growing like crazy and continue to reward me with plenty of pods.
In this video, I show you how I make pickled and cheese-stuffed cherry peppers, using my large hot cherry comb peppers.
Most of the cheese-stuffed peppers available in supermarkets and delicatessens use sweet peppers, so I wanted to show you how I do them with spicy peppers.
Pickling the peppers is essential so they do not spoil. Pickling them allows them to be stored in the fridge for longer.
This batch turned out amazing, I tried some on some hot freshly baked wood oven bread.

PICKLED AND CHEESE STUFFED PEPPERS:
10-15 Large Red Hot Cherry Bomb Peppers
PICKLING LIQUID:
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1 cup water
2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon peppercorns
2 tablespoons sugar
CHEESE STUFFING:
150g hard Feta cheese
1 + ½ Tablespoons of Greek Yoghurt or soft cheese (Cream cheese, mascarpone, ricotta)
Pepper to taste
Optional – 1 teaspoon of Italian herbs
Oil – Canola, Sunflower, Rice Bran or vegetable oil, not olive oil – Olive oil will solidify in the fridge.
METHOD:
1. Remove placenta and seeds from cleaned peppers
2. Add salt, peppercorns, sugar, vinegar and water to a saucepan and bring to the boil.
3. Add the peppers to the boiling liquid, mix around to ensure they are all covered with the liquid and turn heat off.
4. Allow to steep for 5 minutes.
5. Mash feta in a bowl and then add yoghurt/cheese and season to taste.
6. Fill peppers with cheese and place in clean sterilised/sanitised jar.
7. Cover with oil, put lid on and place in the fridge.
8. Serve with antipasto or bread.

In this video, I'll walk you through,
Jake's Perfect Sandwich from Adventure Time. Time Sandwich is the thirty-third episode from the fifth season.
Ingredients:
Sub Roll
Cream Cheese
Pickles
Fresh dill
2 boiled eggs (I prefer 9 min after adding in boiling water)
1 Cornish chicken (or one regular chicken breast)
1-2 Roma tomatoes (yes I used a different one because it was in my fridge)
1/4 yellow onion
Tears for salt (I used pickle juice)
4 pcs thin-sliced bacon
1lb steak
Lobster Soul (I spent $145 for that huge (6lb) guy, I will make a new video soon)
Sous-vide steak with fresh rosemary and thyme for about 1 hour - 150F warm water. Then sear the steak for a couple of minutes with butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme.
Add chicken seasoning mix to softened butter and brush chicken. Bake at 350F for 25 min, then increase heat to 400F and bake 10-15 more minutes until chicken is golden brown and temperature inside 165F
Toast the bread. Boil eggs, Cut vegetables, and assemble the sandwich - sub roll - cream cheese - pickles - dill - eggs - chicken - cucumbers - tomatoes - onions - steak - bacon.

NOTE for my measurements:
1 cup all-purpose flour = 125 grams
1 cup milk/water = 250 ml
Egg substitute alternative: for one egg:
• 2 tbsp water + 1/2 tsp oil + 1/2 tsp baking powder + 2 tbsp flour. Stir until combined and mix with other ingredients for the dough.
Pastel - Fried Savory Pastry
Dough (skin/shells):
makes 12 medium or 24 mini size
250g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
42g (3 tbsp) margarine/butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp olive oil
1 large egg
6 tbsp very cold water, add 2 tbsp at a time. The tablespoon may vary, please be careful.
Little flour for dusting
Fillings:
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 large green chili, sliced
2 tbsp oil, for cooking
1 medium carrot, diced
2 medium potatoes, diced
1/2 cup of water
Salt, pepper, turmeric powder, and cayenne pepper, follow your taste.
1 stalk spring onion, chopped
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp milk
The filling should be dry to prevent soggily skin/shells
