How To make Chili Mac'N Cheddar
1 pk CREAMETTES Elbow Macaroni
-(7 oz) 2 cn Chili with beans (15 oz)
1 cn Whole tomatoes, undrained,
-chopped (16 oz) 1 cn Diced green chilies or
-jalapeno peppers, drained -(4 oz) 1 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
-(4 oz) Sour cream Corn chips
Prepare CREAMETTES Elbow Macaroni according to package directions; drain. In large skillet, combine chili, tomatoes with juice and green chilies; mix well. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in cooked macaroni; sprinkle cheese over top. Cover; simmer until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream and corn chips. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 6-8 servings.

Here’s what you need:
Ingredients:
1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 Small White Onion, diced
2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes
7 oz Kidney Beans (half of 1 can)
7 oz Black Beans (half of 1 can)
1 1/2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1 1/2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Seasoned Salt
3 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
10 oz Cavatappi Pasta (you can use any pasta you like)
3 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar
Optional Toppings:
Shredded Sharp Cheddar
Sour Cream
Cilantro
Directions:
In a large pot, cook ground beef and onions over medium high heat until browned. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Carefully drain any excess fat. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, chili powder, cumin, seasoned salt, and chicken broth. Stir, and bring to a boil. Add the pasta, and cook according to package instructions. Best Crock Pot Cheddar Chili Mac!
1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
1-2 cups cooked macaroni
16 oz can mild chili beans in mild chili sauce, undrained
10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
1.5 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Mix together all ingredients except shredded cheese. Then
sprinkle cheese on top. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
Serve and enjoy! :)

Chipotle Chili Mac + Cheese:
✨ Make your chili: Sauté a small onion in EVOO over medium heat w/ some salt until translucent, then add a few cloves minced garlic and cook till fragrant (about a minute), then add chopped up chipotles in adobo and sauté another minute or so. I used 2 and it was a good level of spicy for us wimps, but add as many as you’d like. ???? Add a lb of ground beef (and more salt) and brown (not just till it turns brown, you want bits of caramelized meat throughout), then add spices. I added ~ 2-3 tbsp chili powder, a tbsp cumin, tbsp paprika, 1/2 tbsp coriander, and 1/4 tsp cayenne. Stir spices into the meat and toast them for a minute or two. Then add a 15oz can crushed tomatoes (I used finely chopped by @pomiusa ) and 8oz beef bone broth. Salt again to taste.
✨ Turn it into mac + cheese: Add 1 lb short pasta of your choice to the chili along with 8oz more of bone broth and 3 cups whole milk. Add salt (again) and stir to combine. Let that simmer on medium/medium low until noodles are just about al dente, then turn off the heat and stir in 6oz each of shredded sharp cheddar and velveeta. You can put the velveeta in the freezer for a while to grate or just cube it up like I did. Though I’d recommend cubing it as small as you can so your arm doesn’t feel like it’s going to fall off from stirring so much. Once the cheese has melted and the pasta is al dente, it’s done!
✨ Serve on its own or with a dollop of Greek yogurt (or sour cream) and some fresh scallions or chives. ???????? About 500 cals + 30g protein/serving. Add beans + nutritional yeast for more fiber! ????

Stove Top Chili Mac and Cheese with Chorizo Recipe | One Skillet Meal
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 pound chorizo - casing removed
1/2 pound ground beef
1 cup diced onion
3/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1 finely diced seeded jalapeno
4 cloves minced garlic
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 - 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 3/4 cup chicken broth
10oz pasta shells
8oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese - divided
3 Tbsp. cream cheese
chopped green onions for garnish
In a skillet on med high heat add chorizo and ground beef.
Chop and brown until fine and no longer pink.
Add minced garlic, diced onion and bell pepper.
Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Add spices. Cook and stir for one minute.
Add diced tomatoes and chicken broth.
Turn up heat to bring to simmer. Stir and cook for a couple minutes.
Add pasta and stir. Bring to simmer, cover and cook for 9-12 minutes
or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
Turn off heat.
Add half of shredded cheese and cream cheese. Stir until incorporated.
Sprinkle top with chopped green onions and remaining cheese.
Place under low broiler until cheese is melted.
Serve and enjoy.

CHILI MAC & CHEESE | Easy Chili Mac Recipe
Chili Mac and cheese combines 2 family favorites in 1 dish! It’s beefy chili cooked with pasta and topped with lots of gooey cheese! This one hearty meal that’s simple enough for a weeknight dinner!
Chili Mac & Cheese
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
8 oz dry macaroni noodles (1/2 box)
1 small onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
8 oz tomato sauce
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook macaroni noodles according to the package, drain and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat and sauté ground beef. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until cooked through. Remove, drain and set aside.
Add more oil to the pan and sauté onions and bell peppers. Season with salt and cook until softened about 5 minutes.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder and cumin. Season well with salt and pepper.
Stir in ground beef and macaroni noodles.
Bring to a simmer, remove from heat and transfer to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Transfer to oven and bake for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
