Ingredients
Broth:
4 leg quarters ( 3.5-4lb )
1 onion
2 stalks celery
2 bay leave
1/2 tsp peppercorns
2 tbsp better than bouillon
chicken bouillon cube( i used chicken and herbs bouillon)
2 carrots
water
1/2 tbsp chicken seasoning
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
Cornbread
3 buttermilk cornbread packages
2 eggs
2 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
Dressing
2 eggs, breaten
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of onion
1/2 onion
3 tbsp butter
2 stalks celery
cornbread
chicken'
broth, i used 3 1/2 cups
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
Note: You really can use any condensed soup you like that fits the flavor profile. cream of chicken, cream of celery, cream of mushroom, cream of golden mushroom, etc.

Chicken and Dressing Casserole | Simple and Delicious Recipe | Easy Dinner Idea
Chicken and Dressing Casserole:
1 whole chicken or chicken parts (approximately 3 lbs)
1 onion
1- 4 celery stalks
2 1/4 cups of chicken broth, divided
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 stick of unsalted butter
12 oz bag Pepperidge Farm Herbed Stuffing Mix (you’ll only use 6 oz). Stove Top Stuffing not recommended.
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil chicken with chopped and peeled onion and celery stalks; reserve broth. Chop chicken into bite size pieces and place in 9x13 casserole pan. Combine soups and 1 ¼ cups broth. Pour over chicken.
Mix 1 stick of melted butter, 1 cup of broth, and stuffing mix. Spoon over chicken. Bake at 350 for 1 hour covered with foil. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
***Save time by using a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken and canned chicken broth.

3 CUPS COOKED CHICKEN (CHOPPED)
1- 8 OZ. PACKAGE HERB SEASONED STUFFING
1 1/2 CUPS CHICKEN STOCK
1/2 STICK SALTED BUTTER
1 CUP ONION, CHOPPED
2 EGGS, BEATEN
1 1/2 CUPS MILK
1-10.5 OZ. CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
2 CUPS CHEDDAR CHEESE, GRATED
In a large mixing bowl, combine the stock, milk and soup and whisk well. Add remaining ingredients (minus the cheese) and mix well. Let it sit out on the counter for 1 hour for stuffing to soak in
liquids.
Important: Do not leave out longer than 1 hour without refrigerating or baking.
Pour the dressing mix into a wellgreased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 375 for 55 minutes. Add cheese to top and bake for another 5 minutes. Serves 8-10 people.

Chicken Dressing Casserole
2 pounds boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed (or a rotisserie chicken)
Mrs. Dash Onion and Herb Seasoning
2 (10.5 ounce) cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 cup whole milk
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced thin
12 oz. Stove Top Stuffing
2 cups chicken broth
2 sticks butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375°. Spray a 9”x13” inch casserole dish.
Cook chicken breasts, allow to cool slightly, and chop into bite sized pieces. (Or shred a rotisserie chicken.). Spread in the bottom of casserole dish.
Lightly sprinkle the chicken with the Mrs. Dash Seasoning. 
Stir together the soups, milk, onion, and celery. Pour this mixture evenly over the chicken.
In the same bowl, stir together the contents of the Stove Top Stuffing packages, the chicken broth, and the melted butter. Spread the stuffing gently over the soup mixture to cover the top.
Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
