How To make Chicken Curry Kabobs On Rice
1/2 c Yogurt, plain
1/4 ts Curry powder
1/4 ts Ginger
1 1/2 lb Chicken breast
3 c Rice, cooked
2 Green onions, sliced
1 ts Garlic, minced
1/4 ts Chili powder
1/4 ts Salt
6 Skewers
1 Tomato, large, chopped
Parsley Mix yogurt, garlic and spices. Marinate in refrigerator at least 6 hours, turning occasionally. Soak bamboo skewers for 1 hours. Drain and discard marinade. Thread chicken on skewers. Cook 8 to 10 minutes on grill, turning twice. Toss rice with tomato and green onions. Serve skewers over rice.

sella Basmati rice 2 cups
Water 3 cups
orange food color
yellow food color
Chicken Tikka boti:
Chicken thighs boneless 300gm
yogurt 1/4 Cup
Garlic &Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Dry Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
paprika powder 1 tsp
Red Chilli flakes 1 tsp
fenugreek 1 tsp
olive oil 1 tbs
Chicken Malai Boti:
Chicken thighs boneless 300gm
yogurt 1/4 Cup
Fresh Cream 1/4 Cup
gingerbread & Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green Chilli paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
fenugreek 1 tsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Chicken Haryali Boti:
Chicken thighs boneless 300gm
Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Cream 2-3 tbsp
Garlic & ginger paste 1 tbsp
Mint & coriander paste 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
White pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Fenugreek 1 tsp
Chicken seekh kabab :
Chicken thighs 250gm
Onion Chopped 1/4 Cup
Green Chilli paste 1 tsp
Garlic & ginger paste 1 tbsp
Fresh coriander chopped
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Red Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

Superior Chicken & Rice ????
2 cups basmati rice
3 cups stock or water (add more salt if water)
4 chicken thighs
1 Tbsp olive oil
Seasonings:
1 tsp chili powder, paprika, garlic, onion
1/2 tsp rosemary, thyme, oregano
Salt to taste
Cook the chicken thighs 1/2 way through, remove them and add the rice. Add your stock or liquid and re add the chicken. Adjust for salt at this time!
Bring everything to a boil, cover and
cook for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through!
Finishing touches:
Chop everything as fine as you want!

Jalapeño
Mint

Marinade for the chicken
1/2 c Plain yogurt
1 Tbs Ginger garlic paste
1 Tbs Garam masala
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Coriander
1 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tsp Chili powder
1/2 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Black pepper
1 Tsp Kosher salt
For the sauce
1 Tbs Vegetable oil
1 Tbs Butter
1 Large red onion peeled and thinly sliced
1 Tbs Ginger garlic paste
1 Tsp Cumin
1.5 Tsp Coriander
1 Tsp Garam masala
1 Tsp Chili powder
1/2 Tsp Paprika
1 Can Tomato puree or 4 very ripe tomatoes
1/4 c Cashews
1 tsp Sugar ( optional / if needed )
1/2 c Plain yogurt
1 Tbs Butter to finish
Pinch Dried fenugreek ( Kasuri Methi )
Salt and pepper to taste.
