Easy Creamy Chicken Spaghetti | The Recipe Rebel

Ingredients
▢2 tablespoons oil
▢1 small onion (chopped)
▢½ red pepper
▢½ green pepper
▢2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb – cubed)
▢1 tablespoon freshly minced garlic
▢¾ teaspoon salt
▢½ teaspoon chili powder
▢½ teaspoon paprika
▢3 tablespoons all purpose flour
▢1½ cups low sodium chicken broth
▢1 cup milk or cream (any will do! Higher fat will have a richer flavor)
▢1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
▢375 grams spaghetti (about ¾ pound)
Instructions
Cook spaghetti noodles in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil.
Add onions and peppers, cooking and stirring until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Add chicken breast cubes and cook until white on the outside (they don't necessarily need to brown.
Stir in garlic, salt, chili powder and paprika and cook 1 minute.
Add flour and stir until no white remains.
Stir in broth and milk and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium and cook and simmer until thickened. Stir in shredded cheese and pour over cooked pasta.

1 28oz can chopped tomatoes

2 pinches of sugar
fresh basil
2 tbsps tomato paste
1 package spaghetti
2 tbsps butter
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
sugar as needed to balance acidity

Shredded cheddar cheese (enough to top the pasta before it goes into the oven - 1-2 cups)
Cheese Layer:
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
16 oz Mozzarella cheese (save some for the top)
1/2 cup sour cream
5.2 oz boursin garlic and herb cheese
fresh chopped parsley
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
sugar as needed to balance acidity
Directions:
Start by making your pasta sauce. Heat olive oil in a dutch oven or sauce pot and add onion and bell pepper over medium heat. Once the veggies are tender (after about 3-4 minutes) - add in your ground beef and italian sausage. Cook the meat until fully cooked and begin to season with all purpose seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder) red pepper flakes, and italian seasoning. Next, add in garlic paste and tomato paste and mix to combine. Cook 1-2 minutes and then deglaze with red wine or chicken stock. Bring to a boil and then add in your tomato sauce and chopped or crushed tomatoes. Allow the sauce to come up to a simmer and cover with a lid (on low heat) and simmer for at least 30-45 minutes and up to 1-2 hours - stirring occasionally. Add fresh Basil leaves for added flavor. Add sugar as needed to balance the acidity (should only need a pinch or two)
In a separate mixing bowl, add your cheese layer ingredients and mix to combine. Season to taste and refrigerate until needed. Boil pasta to package instructions.
In a casserole dish, add a thin layer of meat sauce to the bottom and then add sauce to your spaghetti noodles to coat. Add a layer of sauced spaghetti and then your cheese layer - top with shredded cheese. Add another layer of spaghetti and top with a thin layer of meat sauce and shredded cheese. Bake on 375 for 30 minutes or until browned and bubbling.

Cheesy Taco Spaghetti
Serves 6-7

Ingredients:
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tbs
-Paprika powder ½ tbs
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 5-6 medium
-Water ½ Cup
-Cream ½ Cup
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Beef qeema (Mince) 350g
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Water 1 & ½ Cup or as required
-Spaghetti 1 packet
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
-Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a bowl,add red chilli powder,salt,black pepper powder,cumin powder,paprika powder,garlic powder, dried oregano,red chilli crushed and mix well.Taco seasoning is ready!
-In a wok,add tomatoes and water,bring it to boil,cover and boil for 3-4 minutes then remove skin & let it cool.
-In a chopper,ad tomatoes,blend to make a puree & set aside.
-In a bowl,add cream,lemon juice and whisk well.
-Add salt and whisk well,let it rest for 30 minutes.Sour cream is ready!
-In a pot,add cooking oil,onion & mix well.
-Add garlic,mix well & sauté until translucent.
-Add beef mince and mix well until it changes color.
-Now add prepared taco seasoning & mix well.
-Add tomato paste,prepared tomato puree & mix well.
-Add water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Add water and mix well.
-Add spaghetti,cover and cook for 2 minutes then mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes.
-Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,cover & simmer on low flame for 4-5 minutes or until cheese melts.
-Garnish with fresh coriander,sour cream & serve!
