How To make Cheeseburger Loaf
MEAT StrETCHER COOKBOOK:
1 Beaten egg
1 (10 3/4oz) cheddar cheese
-soup 1/2 c Soft bread crumbs
1/2 c Dill pickle; chopped
1/4 c Onion
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 1/2 lb Hamburger
Preheat oven to 350. Combine egg, 1/3 c soup, bread crumbs, pickle, onion, salt and pepper. Add hamburger. Mix well. Shape into loaf. Place in shallow pan. Bake 1-1/4 hr. Turn onto platter. Heat remaining soup. Pour over loaf to serve. Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf
Chef Frank does some twisted home cooking with Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb lean ground beef
4 strips of good quality bacon
1 tsp sweet relish
1 egg
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c minced onion
2 tsp yellow mustard
1/4 c ketchup
1/3 c milk
1/3 plain bread crumbs
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
RECIPE
1. Layout 4 pieces of bacon on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 10 minutes or until the bacon is 50 % cooked. Drain on paper towel.
2. I large bowl combine, ground beef, relish, egg, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, milk (add gradually) and 1/2 of the shredded cheese.
3. Place the combined ingredients in small baking pan. Distribute evenly.
4. Using a brush or spoon apply the ketchup to the top of the loaf.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
6. Remove from oven top with bacon, then the remaining cheese.
7. Return to oven until cheese is melted.

It’s the perfect easy keto dinner for weeknights! You can also meal prep this up ahead of time. Make two. Eat one now and freeze one for later. This recipe will save you so much time and help you stick to your goals. Plus it's a great way to use up any extra ground beef you have!
This gluten free meatloaf is moist and packed with flavor. Traditionally, meatloaf is made by incorporating breadcrumbs or crackers into the mix in order to provide moisture and support. In place of the bread, we add vegetables and pork rinds to help keep this meatloaf moist.

KETO BBQ CHEESEBURGER MEATLOAF RECIPE
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1/2 cup diced onion
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup keto approved BBQ sauce
2 eggs
2 cups ground pork rinds
2 cups Colby jack Cheese
1/2 cup nut milk or heavy cream
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a skillet, saute onion and garlic over medium-high in avocado oil until softened. Set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, including the onion and garlic mixture. Mix together until fully combined using clean hands or a spoon.
Press into a lightly greased loaf pan or mold into a meatloaf shape on a foil lined baking tray. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Remove from oven and let cool before serving. Brush with additional BBQ sauce and top with more cheese if desired. To cook from frozen, bake at 350 degrees for 90 to 120 minutes.

An easy meatloaf packed with flavor and ready for your weeknight meal.
Cheeseburger Meat Loaf
Mix together:
2 lbs ground beef
2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
1/3 pound chopped cooked bacon
1 egg
1 cup cup shredded cheese
1/8 bread crumbs or Parmesan
-Mix thoroughly
-Put in loaf pan
-Bake 400° for 55-minutes
-Drain fat, top with ketchup & mustard mixture, bake another 10-minutes
