Bread Machine Jalapeno Cheese Bread
Step up your bread making skills with this Bread Machine Jalapeno Cheese Bread! This easy recipe is slightly spicy, slightly cheesy, but fully delicious!

This bread is seriously so good. Make the dough in your bread machine and then bake in the oven for a perfectly-shaped loaf! Slice and serve with soup, and then use the rest as sandwich bread. Just try not to eat the whole loaf in one sitting!

Bread Machine-Cheese Swirl Bread 2.0
SCROLL DOWN FOR COMPLETE RECIPE LISTED IN THE DESCRIPTION BOX. This version has a bit of a spicy kick which pairs very well with the cheese. You can scale it back or omit the chili flakes altogether if desired.
Recipe below is for a 1-1/2 lb loaf:
Cheese Swirl Bread
2/3 c. Milk
1/4 c. Water
1 Egg
3 c. Bread Flour
2 T. Sugar
3/4 t. Salt
1 t. Active Dry Yeast
* Make sure all ingredients are room temperature for best results.
Filling:
1/2 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. Shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 t. each: Chili pepper flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, chives, shallots, ground black pepper, salt.
With the kneading paddle in place, add first 7 ingredients to the bread maker pan. Place pan in the machine and use the 'dough' cycle. When cycle is finished, remove dough from pan and on lightly floured surface, roll out into a rectangle.
In a small bowl add all of the dry herb/spice ingredients and mix together. Sprinkle the herb mixture over the surface of the rolled dough. Using your rolling pin, gently roll over the herbs to press into the dough. Next evenly sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the herbs, then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese. Again, gently press into dough. Roll up the dough starting on shorter end, rolling tightly and sealing the edge. With seam side down, pinch the ends and tuck under on each side of roll. Remove kneading paddle from pan and gently place dough back into the pan. Place in bread machine but DO NOT turn on. Allow dough to rise until doubled in size, about 30-40 minutes. When doubled, use 'bake' cycle to finish loaf. Remove loaf from baking pan and allow to cool completely on cooling rack before slicing. Enjoy!

This is an Australian Cheese & Bacon Damper | Cheesy Soda Bread Recipe
Australian damper is a soda bread. It can be very simple and basic, but you can elaborate it with tasty fillings like in this recipe.
Damper was first baked over coals in bush camps. There are different versions. One particularly interesting one is made by wrapping the dough around a stick and baking it over fire. Other ones are baked directly on coals. Nowadays it is mostly baked in cast iron pots.
I am using a cast iron skillet in the video. A hot solid base is always good for baking bread on, but if you do not have such a pan, then you can use any thick metal tray or Pyrex dish. If you do not have any of those, then do not feel left out as it will work on a regular tray too.
The fillings can be customized to your taste. For me, the bacon, cheddar & chives worked so well. Eating it with some cream cheese makes for a perfect combo. But all of that is up to personal preference. The only thing you need to make sure is that you do not add too much stuff to the dough as it may weigh it down. If you want to replace the fillings, then take note of the given weights in the recipe and use that as a guide.
Soda bread is such an easy win. There is no need to worry about fermentation or temperatures. You could make this in about an hour and the result is absolutely delicious.

RECIPE:
1 1/3 cup very warm water
1/4 cup butter, room temperature
3 cups bread flour
1 cup minute or instant oatmeal
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Bread Machine Yeast
1/4 cup bacon bits
Add ingredients in order. Select white bread, 2lb loaf and color of your choice.
You can add the bacon bits at the beginning or at the add-ingredient beep.

BEER BREAD WITH BACON AND CHEDDAR || The Allesch Homestead
This recipe is unbelievably easy! and pretty fast to make as well!

Ingredients:
3 Cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp creole seasoning (optional)
2 tablespoons sugar
10 slices of bacon
3 cups grated cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons jalapeño (optional)
1 (12 oz) beer (any flavor)
3 tablespoons of butter
Directions:
*Preheat oven to 350 degrees & lightly grease a 9x5 loaf pan
*In a large bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, cumin, creole seasoning and sugar.
*Add bacon, cheese, jalapeño and then pour the beer over everything, mix just until combined. Do not over mix.
*Spoon into loaf pan and pour melted butter over bread
*Bake for 50-60 minuets or until set and lightly browned. Let cool for about 20 minuets and ENJOY!
