How To make Broiled Cod with Puffy Cheese Sauce
4 Pkg. frozen Torsk cod
Fillets
(come frozen in a block) 1 1/2 Tsp. salt
1/2 Tsp. pepper
3/4 C. white medium sharp
grated Cheddar cheese 3/4 C. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. sweet pickle :
chopped fine
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley -- minced
1/2 Tsp. thyme
1/4 Tsp. cayenne pepper
2 egg whites
Allow cod to stand at room temperature 30 minutes. Cut semi-defrosted fillets into 8 portions of 6 to 7 ounces each. Place on greased boiler pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and broil 8 to 10 minutes per 1/2-inch thickness. Do not turn. While fish is broiling, mix mayonnaise, cheese, sweet pickle, parsley, thyme and cayenne pepper. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mayonnaise-cheese mixture. Spread sauce on each cooked fish portion on broilerproof platter and place under broiler for 1 to 2 minutes until sauce is puffed and browned. Serves 8.

Serves: 4
1 pound cod filets
2 tablespoons avocado oil, olive oil or melted butter
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
4 oz Rotel, drained
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1️⃣ Preheat oven 425 degrees. Pat cod filets dry with a paper towel and add to the bottom of a square baking dish. Seasoning with salt.
2️⃣ Evenly pour balsamic vinaigrette over the cod. Top with Rotel. Sprinkle shredded cheese all over.
3️⃣ Bake in the oven at 425 degrees for 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.

Serves: 4
1/4 cup avocado oil
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
dash onion powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup soy sauce, tamari or liquid aminos
1/4 cup sesame oil
4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
12 oz broccoli florets
1️⃣ Add avocado oil to a skillet and heat over medium high heat. Add ground beef and break up into small chunks. Cook, stirring occasionally until beef is browned and slightly crispy. Add onion powder and garlic. Stir for 30 seconds.
2️⃣ Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil and vinegar.
3️⃣ Stir in broccoli florets. Cover and let steam over medium heat until broccoli is fork tender (3-5 minutes)

This is how to make my Fish Pie with Cheesy Mash. This Fish Pie recipe has been handed down through generations.
Nothing beats a creamy fish pie for some hearty comfort food. Its soo good it was my winning dish when cooking on stage at Big Feastival!

Ingredients for the Fish Pie:
2 1/2 lbs (1 kg) floury potatoes - such as maris piper, peeled and chopped into large chunks
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp double heavy cream)
large pinch of salt and pepper
2 1/2 cups (600ml) full fat milk
2 boneless salmon fillets
1-2 boneless cod or haddock fillet
15 king prawns shrimp these can be cooked or raw (make sure they're de-veined)
2 tbsp plain/all-purpose flour OR 2 tbsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp cold water for gluten free
1 1/2 cups (150g) packed grated mature cheddar cheese
To serve:
1 tbsp chopped chives
Peas
Sweetcorn

Fried Fish Recipe
Flounder or Whiting
Hot sauce
yellow mustard
paprika
old bay
lemon pepper
onion powder
garlic powder
Sazon
cayenne pepper
flour all-purpose
yellow cornmeal
Add oil to a large frying pan. Heat the oil to 350F.
Add your favorite brand of hot sauce and yellow mustard to the fish and combine.
Season the flour with onion powder, garlic powder, old bay, lemon pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, Sazon, and mix to combine.
Dredge the fish until perfectly coated and fry until golden brown.
Tartar Sauce
1 cup mayo
1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp sweet relish
1 tbsp capers
1/2 tbsp Caper juice
1-2 tbsp dill paste or 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
1 tbsp Lemon juice
salt pinch
black pepper pinch
Combine all of the ingredients until the consistency is smooth
