How To make Black Forest Cake No. 4
Ingredients

all purpose flour + 2 tb

baking powder

teaspoon
baking soda

teaspoon
salt

cocoa
1/2
cup
shortening

eggs

cup
milk
1
tablespoon
vanilla
3
cup
whipping cream
1/3
cup
powdered sugar, sifted
1
each
cherry pie filling (21 oz can)
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed. Add shortening, milk and vanilla; beat mixture 3 minutes at Low speed of electric mixer, scraping sides of bowl occasionally.
Grease two 9 inch round cake pans; line bottoms with waxed paper. Pour batter into pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove from pans, and let cool completely on wire racks.
Split cake layers in half horizontally to make 4 layers. Make fine crumbs, using 1 cake layer; set crumbs aside. Beat whipping cream until foamy; gradually add powdered sugar, beating until soft peaks form.
Place 1 cake layer on cake platter; spread with 1 cup whipped cream, and top with 3/4 cup cherry pie filling. Repeat with 2nd layer, and then top with 3rd cake layer. Frost sides and top with whipped cream, reserving a small amount for garnish. Pat cake crumbs generously around sides of cake. Spoon or pipe whipped cream around top of cake; spoon remaining pie filling on center of top. Chill well.
NOTE: You can add several layers as required by baking more batter.

- break 4 eggs and add vanilla essence to it
- beat it well
- add sugar powder step by step to it and beat it well .
- then add the mixture of powders step by step into the egg mixture
- now the cake batter is ready… pour into a pan and cook well.cook 25-30 minutes ‼️‼️‼️

No Bake Black Forest Cake | Steamed Cake (easy recipe)
Chocolate Cake cake ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp instant coffee powder
2 cups white sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup powdered milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups hot water
Cherry liqueur Syrup(optional):
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup water
3-4 tbsp cherry brandy(liqueur)
Whipped cream frosting:
2 cups whip cream powder
3/4 cup cold water
Fillings and toppings:
1/2 cup cherries, chopped
100g baking chocolate, shaved
extra cherries
Chocolate cake Procedure:
1) Bring 1 liter of water to a boil
2) Combine all purpose flour, white sugar, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, baking powder, instant coffee and powdered milk. Mix well
3) In a separate bowl combine eggs, vegetable oil and white vinegar. Mix well
4) Combine wet and dry ingredients
5) Add 1 cup hot water while mixing
6) Add the remaining 1 cup hot water and vanilla extract
7) Pour half of the cake batter into the pan(lightly grease and with parchment paper)
8) Tap few times to release air bubbles
9) Steam over med. low heat for 25-30 minutes
10)*do the toothpick check and if it comes out with few moist crumbs the cake is cook
11)Remove from steamer and cool in a pan for 5 minutes
12)Remove cake from cake pan
13)Peel the parchment paper off and cool completely
14)Pour the remaining cake batter and steam it
Cherry liqueur syrum procedure:
1) Combine water and white sugar
2) Stir until sugar dissolves
3) Let it simmer for 1 minute
4) Turn the heat off and add cherry liqueur
5) Mix well and let it cool
Whipped cream frosting procedure:
1) Combine whip cream powder and cold water
2) Whip until it becomes creamy and doubled in size
Assemble:
1) Cut cake layers in half
2) Drizzle cherry liqueur onto the cake
3) Spread whipped cream frosting
4) Add chopped cherries
5) Repeat steps for the remaining layers
6) Crumb coat: Apply a thin klayer of frosting
7) Chill for 15-20 minutes
8) Apply the final coat
9) Pipe frosting on top
10)Add shaved chocolates
11)Add cherries

Black Forest Cake
Black Forest Cake. A chocolate sponge cake soaked with simple syrup, filled and frosted with light sweetened whipped cream along with some juicy cherries and rich, dark chocolate shavings. Need I say more? This cake would win anyone with just one glance at it, but this recipe is the best one I have ever tried. The sponge cake has the perfect amount of bitterness that is balanced out by the simple syrup. And it is moist and juicy in every bite along with the freshness that the cherries lend to it. Black Forest Float Recipe
Ingredients
2 pack (250ml) all-purpose cream, chilled overnight
1 pack (200g) Graham Chocolate (contains 20 pcs graham per pack)
1 big can (300ml) condensed milk (you can add less depends on how sweet you want it)
1 bottle (280g) maraschino cherries
3/4 cup grated chocolate (toppings for each layer)
1 cup chocolate shavings (final toppings)
Procedure
1. In a bowl beat 2 pack all-purpose cream (chilled overnight) over high speed using a hand mixer until the cream doubled in volume.
2. Add condensed milk (you can add more or less depends on how sweet you want it). Beat again until the condensed milk is well combined into the cream.
3. Arrange graham chocolate in a deep container or baking dish.
4. Put one part of the cream on top of graham and spread evenly.
5. Put chopped cherries on top of cream.
6. Sprinkle some grated chocolate.
7. Repeat process until you achieved the desired number of layers.
8. Before putting the final toppings chill the float into the refrigerator for 45 minutes to 1 hour to slightly set the cream on top so the cherries won’t sink into the cream.
9. After the cream had slightly set, you can put the final toppings.
10. For the final toppings decorate top of cream with whole cherries and chocolate shavings.
11. Cover and chill in the ref overnight or Freeze it for 2-3 hours if you’re in a hurry to eat it.
