1/2 c Flour,all-purpose 1/2 c Beer 1 t Salt 1 1/2 lb Shrimp,large Salad oil 1. In small bowl, mix flour, beer, and salt. 2. Shell and devein shrimp; rinse with running cold water and pat dry with paper towels. 3. In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, heat 2 inches salad oil to 375'F on deep-fat thermometer (or heat oil in deep-fat fryer set at 375'F). 4. Dip shrimp, one at a time, into batter and drop into hot oil. Fry shrimp until lightly browned, turning shrimp once, about 1 minute. Drain shrimp on paper towels.

Recipe:
Devein Shrimp, wash & pat dry 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour Add to the flour: 1 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder Blend well. Add 1 bottle or can of Beer. Mix well
Beat one egg in a small bowl. Dip Shrimp into egg then dredge in flour mixture. Fry in hot Lard or Vegetable Oil about 2 min on each side

Beer Battered Shrimp | COOKING STUFF w/ BA & JC
JC shares his friend's SUPER AMAZING shrimp recipe.
1. Make batter with eggs, creole seasoning, lemon juice, creole mustard, baking powder, all purpose flour and beer. 2. Add shrimp in with batter. 3. Let sit for 30 minutes in refrigerator. 4. Cover shrimp with seasoned flour and place in 350 degree oil. Cook until golden brown.
