Today learn How to make Banana Milkshake with me. It is the recipe to make the thickest and yummiest milkshake. No added sugar. Do it exactly like me and you will forget the milkshakes of street food vendors.
RECIPE
Ingredients - 4 Elaichi or Yelakki Bananas, Milk, Dates, Almonds
Method -
1. Soak 7 to 8 almonds for 4 to 5 hours or overnight.
2. Freeze 4 bananas. We are using Elaichi bananas or Yelakki bananas.
3. Later, peel the soaked bananas. Deseed 4 to 5 dates.
4. In a blender jar, add the frozen bananas, peeled almonds, dates, and approximately 2 glasses of milk and blend it.
5. Serve it chilled.
Note that we haven't added sugar. We have used dates for adding natural sweetness. Dates are rich in iron, improve bone health, and lowers cholesterol levels in the body.
This recipe of banana milkshake with no sugar is a perfect snack. Sometimes it is my alternative to breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
One big glass of chilled banana milkshake with dates is approximately 250 calories. See. So healthy. You can give this to your children for weight gain. This recipe is amazing for pregnant women as well.

To Make Banana Dates Milkshake
Banana - 3 Nos
Pitted Dates - 10 Nos
Almonds
Boiled Milk - 500 Ml
Sugar - 2 Tsp
Vanilla Essence - 1/4 Tsp ( Optional )
Ice Cubes
Chopped Nuts
Saffron
Method:
1. Chop the bananas into slices and keep them aside.
2. Remove seeds from the dates and keep them aside.
3. To a blender, add banana slices, pitted dates, almonds, sugar, vanilla essence, ice cubes, boiled and cooled milk.
4. Blend them all together.
5. Transfer the Banana Dates milkshake into a serving glass.
6. Garnish it with chopped pistachios and saffron strands.

This delectable milkshake is here to take care of your summer cravings. Loaded with chocolaty goodness, bananas, ice cream and more, sip on and enjoy!
CHOCOLATE BANANA MILKSHAKE
Ingredients
10-12 chocolate cream biscuits + to serve
4-5 scoops of chocolate ice cream + to serve
4 ripe yellow bananas, frozen
2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
4-5 scoops of vanilla ice cream + to serve
Chocolate sprinklers for sprinkling
Chocolate wafer sticks for garnish
Cocoa powder for dusting
Method
1. Break the bananas into small pieces and add into a blender jar. Add chocolate cream biscuits, pour the milk and vanilla essence. Add the chocolate ice cream and vanilla ice cream and blend to a fine mixture.
2. Pour the milkshake into serving glasses. Add a portion of the vanilla ice cream and chocolate ice cream on top. Garnish with chocolate cream biscuit halves, sprinkle chocolate sprinklers and garnish with chocolate wafer sticks. Dust cocoa powder and serve immediately.
