Pinch salt 1/2 c (1 stick) unsalted butter,
-softened 1 c Granulated sugar
2 lg Eggs
1 c Mashed, ripe banana
-(about 3 bananas) 1/4 c Sour cream
1 ts Pure vanilla extract
1/2 c Chopped pecans
GLAZE:
1/4 c Packed brown sugar,
1/4 c Sweetened condensed milk
2 tb Unsalted butter
1 c Confectioners' sugar
1 ts Pure vanilla extract
FROSTING:
3 oz Cream cheese, softened
6 tb Unsalted butter, softened
1 tb Sour cream,
1 tb Pure maple syrup
1 ts Pure vanilla extract
3 To 3 1/2 cups confectioners
-sugar 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13- by 9-inch
baking pan. Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. 2. Beat butter and granulated sugar in large bowl of electric mixer on high speed until light, 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stop the mixer and add bananas, sour cream and vanilla. Mix in on low speed. Fold in the dry ingredients and nuts with a rubber spatula. 3. Transfer batter to prepared pan. Bake until a
toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 35 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack. 4. For caramel glaze, combine brown sugar and
condensed milk in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until mixture begins to bubble. Reduce heat to low and add butter; cook and stir until melted. Remove from the heat and stir in confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Spread over cooled cake. 5. For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Stir in sour cream, maple and vanilla. Add enough confectioners' sugar to make a smooth, thick frosting. Carefully spread over caramel glaze. -----

1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp. yogurt or sour cream

Optional ingredients:
Walnuts or any nuts
Chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolates

Cream cheese frosting:
1 cup powdered sugar
200 grams. cream cheese
100 grams unsalted butter
vanilla extract
Caramel Sauce:
In a pre heated oven, bake it for 50-55 minutes in 180 degrees Celsius.
You can use any of your preferred toppings.

1 1/2 self raising flour, sifted
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup (125grams) unsalted butter, chopped
200 grams greek yogurt or plain yogurt
1 cup sugar
2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optionl)

250 grams cream cheese

Moist, Fluffy Banana Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
This banana cake isn’t just banana bread in a different shape. It’s moist, yet fluffy, soft and tender and full of banana flavor. Cream cheese frosting (the queen of frostings) takes this melt in your mouth banana cake from delightful to heavenly. Give it a try!
Ingredients (Makes one 9x9 inch (23x23 cm) cake)
-Cake
Flour 1 ⅔ cups (200 g)
Salt ½ tsp (3 g)
Baking Soda ½ tsp (3 g)
Baking Powder 1 tsp (4 g)
2 Eggs (100 g)
Sugar 1 cup (200 g)
Vegetable Oil ⅓ cup (75 g)
Banana, mashed 1 cup (200 g)
(About 2 medium bananas)
Sour Cream ¼ cup (60 g)
Milk ¼ cup (60 mL)
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp (5 mL)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325° F (163° C). Line a 9×9 inch (23×23 cm) pan with parchment paper.
2. Whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.
3. Blend bananas, sour cream, milk and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.
4. Beat eggs and sugar until mixture becomes pale and thick. Drizzle in oil and continue beating until thoroughly combined.
5. Add half of the flour mixture to the eggs and beat until incorporated. Stir in the banana puree. Add the remaining flour and stir until just combined.
6. Pour into prepared pan and bake 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.
-Cream Cheese Frosting
Butter ½ cup (113 g)
Powdered Sugar 1 ½ cups (180 g)
Salt ⅛ tsp
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp (5 mL)
Lemon Juice 1 ½ tsp (8 mL) Optional
Cream Cheese 4 oz (113 g)
1. Beat butter, powdered sugar, salt, vanilla, and lemon juice (if using) until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes).
2. Add cold cream cheese a little at a time, beating well after each addition. Once all of the cream cheese has been added, beat on high for 1-2 minutes or until the frosting is smooth.
