How To make Baked Truffle Treasures

1 c Sugar
1/4 c Butter; melted
2 Eggs; beaten
3 tb Amaretto; or cherry brandy
Or 1/2 teaspoon almond -extract 2 tb Honey
1 ts Vanilla extract
2 c Almond delight cereal
=-crushed to 1 cup 1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c Coconut flakes
1/2 c Powdered sugar
Recipe by: Favorite All Time Recipes, No-Guilt Desserts Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, beat sugar and butter. Add eggs, amaretto, honey and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined. Stir in cereal, cocoa and coconut. Pour into an ungreased 2-quart casserole and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and stir
immediately until well blended. Let cool to room temperature. Shape level tablespoons of mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls. Roll each ball in powdered sugar. Store in an airtight container. -----
