How To make Baked French Toast (Ovo Lacto)
2/3 c Cottage cheese, lowfat
1/4 c Skim milk
2 tb Sugar
1 lg Egg white
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
4 sl Whole grain bread
: Perheat the oven to 425. In a food proscessor or blender, whirl the cottage cheese, milk, sugar, egg, egg white, & vanilla for about 1 minute or until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a shallow dish, place the bread in it, and let stand for 10 minutes. Turn the bread over and let stand another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, grease a baking sheet & place it in the perheated oven for 7 minutes. : Remove the baking sheet from the oven, place the bread on it, and bake for 6 minutes. Turn the bread over & bake 5 to 6 minutes. Zucchini Fritters (vegetarian & vegan)
Get the Recipe:
⭐️ Make them with or without eggs and serve them as a starter, side dish, or main dish with our marinara sauce, sour cream, or tzatziki sauce. We are sure you'll love them!
⭐️ Ingredients
2 pounds zucchini (about 4 medium)
1½ teaspoons salt
1 egg or ⅓ cup or 50 g chickpea flour + ¼ cup or 60 g of water
1 red onion
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
¾ cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or more if needed
SERVE WITH
tzatziki sauce
marinara sauce
cashew sour cream
Metric:
900 g zucchini (about 4 medium)
1½ teaspoons salt

Hi Guys! A lot of people on instagram have been asking me about the toast I constantly post! I know it's nothing fancy but just wanted to share with you my go-to toast recipes that I eat when I'm not in the mood for rice!
1. MANGO AVOCADO SALMON TOAST
For the salsa:
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 large mango , peeled and diced
3/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1 large avocado , peeled and diced
1 Tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
2. AVOCADO FRIED EGG TOAST
3. CASHEW BUTTER BANANA CHIA TOAST
