1/4 c Butter Or Margarine 1/4 c Sugar 1 Egg 1 Pureed Avocado 1 c Toasted Slivered Almonds 1 c Milk 2 c Self-Rising Flour Preheat oven to 400?F and prepare muffin pans. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in the egg. Blend in the avocado, milk and nuts. Lastly add the flour and mix gently but thoroughly until the ingredients are moistened and combined. Place in pans and sprinkle each with topping. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Note: Add a dash of grated lemon rind. Almonds may be toasted quickly in the microwave or in a dry frying pan, stirring constantly to stop burning.

Healthy Blueberry Muffins???? This recipe is gluten-free, refined sugar-free & dairy-free! These muffins are so moist and super delicious???? • This recipe makes about 10 muffins • Ingredients 2 mashed bananas 2 eggs 1/4 cup peanut butter (60 ml) 1/3 cup gluten-free oat/almond flour (80 ml) 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup blueberries fresh/frozen (240 ml) (I used wild blueberries) • 1. Mix the wet ingredients together 2. Add the dry ingredients and stir until combined 3. Fold in the blueberries 4. Spoon to muffin pan lined with muffin liners 5. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for about 15-20 minutes 6. When the muffins have cooled a little bit, transfer them to a wire rack and let cool and enjoy! MINI AVOCADO MUFFINS
Hey guys, welcome back to my channel ! Ingredients needed : ~ 1 Avocado (100g) ~ 1/2tsp Lemon Juice ~ 1 Whole Egg (Size B / 55g) ~ 40g @ 1/4cup Caster Sugar ~ 20ml Olive Oil ~ 140g @ 1 cup + 2tbsp Cake Flour ~ 1/4tsp Baking Soda ~ 1tsp Baking Powder ~ Almond Nibs ~ Raisins (optional)
Note : 1) This muffins are less sweet. You can add another 10g of caster sugar for the extra sweetness. If you are using the raisins, then leave it as it is. 2) Every oven is different. If you're beginner in baking, keep an eye on the muffins while baking. Some oven may need less temperature or less baking time. 3) This recipe can be made into standard muffin size. You will get 6 standard muffins.
