How To make Artichoke Squares 2
1 lg Onion
1 Garlic clove, minced
4 Eggs (beaten)
1/4 c Bread crumbs
2 Jars of artichoke hearts,
Chopped (not liquid) 1 1/2 ts Oregano
Salt, pepper to taste ds Tabasco 2 c Shredded cheddar cheese
Saute the onion and garlic in marinade from 1 jar of artichoke hearts. Beat the eggs and add bread crumbs, artichoke hearts (chopped), oregano, salt and pepper, Tabasco, onion and garlic mix, shredded cheddar cheese. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch or 7 x 11 inch pan; cook for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.

INGREDIENTS
10 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. finely chopped artichoke hearts
1/2 c. finely chopped spinach
1 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. parsley, minced
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 can crescent sheet dough
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350° and line a small cooking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper and stir to combine. Form into one large ball.
2. Roll crescent dough out on prepared baking sheet and place cheese ball in center. Wrap dough around cheese ball and seal. Flip over so that the clean side is up.
3. Combine melted butter with parsley and garlic powder. Brush all over ball and bake until golden, about 25 minutes. Serve.

Ingredients-
4 large artichokes
I lemon, halved
2 large eggs, beaten
2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
4 ounces dry Italian sausage or hard salami, cut into ¼- to ½-inch dice
¼ cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
½ cup (2 ounces) freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Terry's Hot Artichoke Squares
2 Tbsp Oil
1/3 C Onion -diced
1 Clove Garlic - minced
4 Eggs
1 - 14 oz Can Artichoke Hearts - drained & chopped
1/4 C Bread Crumbs
1/2 lb Swiss Cheese -cut in small pieces
2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley - chopped
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/8 tsp Pepper
Grease an 11 x 7 baking dish.
Sauté onions & garlic in the oil until soft. Let cool.
Beat eggs until frothy. add all other ingredients. Mix in onion mixture and
stir until combined.
Bake @ 325 F for 25 - 30 minutes
When cooled cut into 1 1/2 squares
Can be frozen
