How To make Artichoke Quiche1
1 Small onion
diced
1 Clove crushed garlic
4 eggs
1 Can artichoke hearts :
(14 oz.) diced
1/2 C. Cheddar cheese -- grated
1/4 C. bread crumbs
1/2 C. yogurt
2 Tsp. chopped parsley
1 Dash Worcestershire
salt and pepper to taste
Saute onion and garlic in a few drops of oil until soft. Beat eggs well in large bowl. Add all other ingredients. Pour into well greased quiche dish. Bake 1/2 hour at 325 degrees until knife comes out clean. Cool slightly and serve.

Chicken Sausage and Mushroom Quiche
Recipe for Chicken Sausage and Mushroom Quiche:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Cook sausage in 1 Tbsp. olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Drain sausage on paper towels, and then cut into 1/4” slices. Set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the other one tablespoon of olive oil, and cook mushrooms and green pepper until tender and liquid is evaporated. Remove from heat.
4. Spread cooked sausage evenly over the bottom of pie crust. Top that with the cooked mushroom and green pepper mixture. Over that, sprinkle the Swiss cheese.
5. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, heavy cream, salt and cayenne pepper together. Pour that over the other ingredients in the crust.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until center is set. Remove from oven. Let stand for 10 minutes at room temperature before cutting and serving.

1 Broccoli crown
1 package of tofu
1 cup chickpea flour
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground thyme
1 teaspoon ground oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup of vegan cheddar cheese
1/2 cup onion (yellow or white)
2 cloves of garlic
*optional add mushrooms 1 cup chopped and cooked

Ingredients - This will make 12 Mini Quiches
1 sheet of Puff Pastry
2 Rashers of Bacon (of 4 for the North America style)
1 half of a White Onion
125 ml of Full Cream
1 Egg
15 ml of Dijon Mustard
Black Pepper to taste
Bake in a pre heated oven 180c/350f for 20 to 25 mins or until set and lightly golden on the tops
For another option without the bacon, try some oven roasted capsicums and olives :-)

Vegetable Quiche
1 cup chick pea flour
1/2 apple sauce (unsweetened)
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt to taste
Veggies
1 yellow sweet bell pepper
2 cups Kale
1 onion dice
8 dice fresh cherry tomatoes
(you can use any veggies you choice, fresh basil is wonderful to use as well).
Optional: Nutritional yeast can be sprinkled on top for a cheesy flavor.
Saute veggies in non stick pan with 1/2 cup of water. Add sauteed veggies into quiche batter and mix together very well. Transfer into baking dish use parchment paper if you do not want to use coconut oil spray.
bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 475 degrees. Please watch as each persons oven is different. Let cool and enjoy.

YUMMO! This looks great Phyllis!!! (From the Land of Oz here in KS) here's a good one to try if you & Mr. B. Like Quiche!
1 Cup Pork Sausage (I use the standard tube of sausage) - 2 Scallions (chopped fine) - 6 eggs (beaten) - 3 cups of hash-browns (thawed & uncooked) - salt/pepper to taste - 4 tlbs butter - 1 cup cheddar cheese - 1/4 c whipping cream - 1 c Montery Jack Cheese....
Mix thawed uncooked hash-browns with 4 tlbs of softened butter - by hand and press in slightly greased pie pan to make a shell -- bake 25-30 minutes. In the mean time fry up that sausage and let cool - mix eggs, cheese, heavy whipping cream & scallions together and add to sausage, (mix well but don't over mix) place this in the hash-brown pan and bake for 30 minutes at 375 or until brown...OH SO good! We make it on the weekend and it's just GREAT in the fridge for the next few day! Let me know...
