bacon - 150 g (5.3 oz)
pork chop - 1 kg (2.2 lb)

for the saute:
salt - 30 ml (1 fl oz)
mushrooms - 250 g (8.8 oz)
lemon - 40 g (1.4 oz)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper - 4 g (0.14 oz)
spicy pepper - 10 g (0.35 oz)
spinach - 200 g (7 oz)
hard cheese - 180 g (6.35 oz)
onion - 100 g (3.5 oz)
Tray size 30 x 40 cm (12 x 16 in)
IN THE OVEN 200°C (392 °F)/35 minutes

for the salad:
cucumbers - 200 g (7 oz)
yellow bell pepper - 100 g (3.5 oz)
tomatoes - 100 g (3.5 oz)
avocado - 100 g (3.5 oz)
green olives - 100 g (3.5 oz)
red onion - 70 g (2.47 oz)
salt - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
honey - 10 g (0.35 oz)
