So Easy a Kid Can Do It! Slow Cooker Mint Chocolate Fudge Sauce
This recipe is for a delicious ice cream topping or use it as fondue. It kind of reminds me of the thin mint Girl Scout cookies. With only 3 ingredients this recipe is so easy even a kid can do it! For full recipe and instructions visit:
CHOCOLATE-MINT NUTTY SQUARES | MOIST FUDGE CAKE
These chocolate-mint nutty squares will not fail you to satisfy one's craving for moist fudge cake! I made a twist by adding a drop of mint in the second pan, so you'll both have that chocolatey and refreshing taste in your mouth. My daughter have her three squares after it was chilled from the fridge. You should try this nutty, yummy, moist and fudgy square cake!
Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups raw sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, cubed
1/4 cup KESSLER'S alkalized cocoa powder
1 cup water
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3 drops red food coloring
FROSTING:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup KESSLER'S alkalized cocoa powder
3/4 cup milk
3 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 drop of peppermint
1 cup chopped almond nuts
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
2. In a sauce pan, bring butter, cocoa and water just to boil. Cool.
3. Add cocoa mixture into the flour mixture; mix well. Add in milk and beat eggs, then vanilla and red food coloring. Beat or mix to combine. (Preheat oven.)
4. Pour into a greased pan. Baked at 25- 28mins.at 175°C.
5. For frosting, melt butter, KESSLER'S cocoa, milk. Stir in confectioners sugar, vanilla, salt and peppermint to the half of the chocolate mixture. Spread over warm cake.
6. Garnish with almond nuts.
7. Chilled in the fridge before cutting.
8. Serve and enjoy!

Beetel leaf white chocolate fudge / Paan chocolate fudge |Flavours of my life |
Ingredients for Beetel leaf / Paan fudge :
125gm Chopped White Chocolate
100 ml Condensed Milk
1/4 Cup Dried Paan (mukhwaas) ( this u well get in any super market)
1 Tbsp salted Butter
1/2 tsp Green Food Colour (Powder or Gel)
Colourful Mint Sprinkles (Mukhwaas) ( this u well get in any super market)
Method:
First heat the condensed milk in a pan on low flame. Stir it and add 1tbsp salted butter.
Keep mixing it. Now add white chocolate and mix gently .
Add dried crushed paan and color .
Once the chocolate melts and there are no chocolate chunks , mixture is smooth,
shiny, thick and starts moving like a melted dough.
Switch off the flame. Cooking more may burn it.
Pour this mixture in lined square tin. Sprinkle some dried paan &
Colourful Mint Sprinkles on the top of fudge.
Tap the tin to settle the batter.
If you want this fudge to set quick, keep it in fridge for some time.
Else, let the fudge set in room temperature for 2-3 hrs.
Demould it and cut in square pieces.

Dark chocolate nutty fudge:
Ingredients for Dark Chocolate Fudge:
125gm Chopped Dark Chocolate
100ml Condensed Milk
1/4 Cup Roasted Nuts
1 Tbsp salted Butter
Method:
First heat the condensed milk in a pan on low flame. Stir it and add 1tbsp salted butter.
Keep mixing it. Now add dark chocolate and mix gently .
Add roasted nuts. Once the chocolate melts and there are no chocolate chunks , mixture is smooth, shiny, thick and starts moving like a melted dough.
Switch off the flame. Cooking more may burn it.
Pour this mixture in lined square tin. Sprinkle some nuts on the top of fudge.
Tap the tin to settle the mixture.
If you want this fudge to set quick, keep it in fridge for some time.
Else, let the fudge set in room temperature for 2-3 hrs.
Demould it and cut in square pieces.

Vanilla cookies'n'ceam Fudge:
Ingredients for Vanilla cookies'n'ceam Fudge:
125gm Chopped White Chocolate
100ml Condensed Milk
oreo biscuits ( i have added strawberry flavour)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
pink gel color/powder color
1 Tbsp salted Butter
Method:
In a microwave safe bowl add white chocolate , condensed milk and butter .
now microwave it for 20 seconds.
stir it well.
Once the chocolate melts and there are no chocolate chunks , add mixture is smooth
add vanilla essence , pink gel color and crushed oreos and mix them lightly so it will give marble effect.
Pour this mixture in lined square tin. Sprinkle some oreos on the top of fudge.
Tap the tin to settle the mixture.
If you want this fudge to set quick, keep it in fridge for some time.
Else, let the fudge set in room temperature for 2-3 hrs.
Demould it and cut in square pieces.

Orange Berry Fudge:
Ingredients for Orange Berry Fudge:
125gm Chopped White Chocolate
100ml Condensed Milk
1/4 cup craneberry / blueberry
1/2 tsp orange essence
orange gel color/powder color
1 Tbsp salted Butter
Method:
In a microwave safe bowl add white chocolate , condensed milk and butter .
now microwave it for 20 seconds.
take them out .stir it well.
Once the chocolate melts and there are no chocolate chunks and mixture is smooth
add orange essence and orange gel color and berries mix them well.
Pour this mixture in lined square tin. Sprinkle some berries on the top of fudge.
Tap the tin to settle the mixture.
If you want this fudge to set quick, keep it in fridge for some time.
Else, let the fudge set in room temperature for 2-3 hrs.
Demould it and cut in square pieces.

How to Make Peppermint Fudge
Full Recipe:
Peppermint Fudge
Ingredients:
•1 cup coconut oil
•1 1/3 cups coconut butter/manna
•1 cup coconut milk
•1 cup raw honey
•4 teaspoons peppermint extract
•1 1/3 cup cocoa or raw cacao powder
Directions:
1. In a double boiler over medium-low heat, mix together the coconut oil, coconut butter, coconut milk, honey and peppermint extract until fully melted and combined.
2. Add the cocoa and stir until well incorporated.
3. Spread the fudge in an 8 x 8-inch pan or molds and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
4. Allow to thaw slightly before cutting and serving. Store any remaining fudge in the freezer.
