200gr of Raspberries (Or any other berries of your choice)
100ml of water
3 table spoons of sugar
2 sahets of gelatine powder disolved in 100ml of water (Or 4 leaves of gelatine in 100ml of water)
Base:
600gr of Ground biscuits (Plazma, Lane, Graham crackers or Digestives)
250ml of melted butter
100ml of Orange juice
Filling:
1l of heavy whipping cream
500gr of cream cheese
5 table spoons of sugar
splash of vanilla
Optional- One sachet of gelatine in 50ml of water
