How To make Apple Cake Deluxe

2 c Sugar
2 Eggs
3 c All purpose flour
1 c Nuts; chopped, or more, if
- desired 1 ts Soda
1 ts Salt
1 ts Cinnamon; or more, if
- desired 3 c Apples; peeled, finely
- chopped 1 ts Vanilla; or more, if
- desired Cream oil and sugar in large mixer bowl; add eggs and beat well; mix all dry ingredients and sift into mixture, mixing well; add apples and vanilla, stirring to mix well; pour into a greased and floured angel food or Bundt pan or 4 small nut loaf pans; bake 1 hour and 30 minutes in a preheated 325~ oven; remove and let cool on a wire rack.
Note. Small nut loaf pans should cook in about 35-45 minutes; check using the baking done test. May be eaten plain or frosted with a very simple icing; use powdered sugar, melted butter, vanilla, milk, lemon and/or cinnamon extract flavoring. Chuck in Pok. -----

Easy Apple Cake/Soft and Fluffy Apple Cake Recipe
Easy, soft and fluffy Apple Cake recipe with few ingredients for your delicious dessert or snack and I am sure you will enjoy every bite.
INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cups (300g) all-purpose flour
4 pcs egg
1 cup (200g) sugar
1 sachet (16 g) baking powder
5 medium apples
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp vegetable oil
TOPPINGS (optional)
Apricot or peach jam
Powdered sugar
PROCEDURES
- Grease the bottom and sides of a 24-26 cm baking pan with butter or oil and sprinkle with flour. Preheat the oven to 170 C.
- Beat the eggs and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, and oil. Sift the flour and baking powder. Mix with a spatula until well combined.
- Remove the core and peel the apples and dice 3 apples, then add to the batter and mix until combined. Pour the mixture into a prepared baking pan.
- Cut the remaining 2 apples into thin slices and place them on top of the mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until the cake is golden brown and inserted with a toothpick or skewer comes out clean.
- Let cool in the baking pan. Spread with apricot or peach jam or just sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Serve as is or with a scoop of ice cream and tea or coffee.

Sour Cream Apple Pie Recipe | Easy Apple Cake
This Sour Cream Apple Pie is a delicious dessert hardly to resist and forget. A buttery crumbly crust filled with apples, berries, nuts and amazing sweet sour cream filling. Be prepared to serve seconds.
INGREDIENTS
Dough:
1 cup (150g) all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup (40g) icing sugar
7 tablespoons (100g) unsalted butter
1/2 cup (60g) cream cheese Philadelphia
Sour Cream Filling:
1 1/2 cups (11 oz or 350g) sour cream
4 1/4 cups (500g) peeled and sliced apples
1 cup (100g) icing sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup (30g) cornstarch
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 cup any berry jam
1/4 cup (30g) almond petals
PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°С. Butter a 9 inch (22-24cm) pie pan and sprinkle it with flour. Set aside.
2. In a medium bowl whisk flour with icing sugar and salt. Incorporate butter using a pastry blender, a fork or a pastry processor, until crumbs are formed. Add cream cheese and stir until incorporated.
3. Into a lightly floured surface roll the dough until it's about 12in (30cm) in diameter.
4. Line the pan with the rolled dough and press the edges.Cut the excess dough. Put in the refrigerator while we prepare the filling.
5. Prepare the filling. In a medium bowl combine icing sugar, sour cream, vanilla, ground cardamom, eggs and cornstarch.
6. Cut peeled apples into thin slices and place in the base of the dough. Spread the sour cream filling evenly on top.
7. Arrange random berry jam on top and sprinkle with almond petals.
8. Bake for about 1 hour (or until brown). Cool down minimum 4 hours or overnight.

RECIPE:
Cake - Myrna Rosen Quick and Delicious
Ingredients:
8 ounces unsalted butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2/3 cup milk or water
3 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice mix
1 tablespoon orange or lemon juice
METHOD:
Cream together the margarine and sugar then add the eggs. In a separate bowl sift together the flour and baking powder. Add in the flour mixture one cup at a time alternating with water until all is well incorporated. Finally add the vanilla and spices. Pour cake batter into a well greased springform pan or pie dish. Leave room towards the top as the cake will rise.
Core the apple then slice in a thin spiral. Place the apple into boiling water and add in orange juice. Boil for 2 minutes then remove from the water. Let dry a few minutes to drain excess water.
Twist each apple piece and arrange at the top of the cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-35 minutes, testing with a toothpick to see if it is baked through. The apples can give off water in the oven so be sure the center of the cake is fully cooked before removing.
