Today let’s make a small serving of eggless whole wheat chocolate waffles. This incredibly simple and quick recipe makes two small waffles✨????
Ingredients-
????1/4 cup whole wheat flour
????1/4 tsp baking powder
????2 tsp cornflour
????3 tbsp jaggery powder
????1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
????1/4 cup warm milk
????1 tbsp butter, melted
????1/4 cup dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, jaggery powder, cornflour, baking powder and cocoa powder.
2. Now add milk and melted butter and whisk it together.
3. Preheat the waffle maker and grease it with melted butter.
4. Transfer about 2 tbsp of the batter into the waffle maker and cook them untill its crisp.
5. Melt the chocolate and pour it over the waffles.

How to Make Homemade Whole Wheat Waffles | Bless this Mess

The best homemade whole wheat waffles that are light, fluffy, and baked with whole grain goodness – the perfect breakfast for any day.
PRINTABLE RECIPE:
Homemade Whole Wheat Waffles
Yield: 6-8 waffles
INGREDIENTS
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
3 eggs
3 tablespoons butter or coconut oil, melted
2 cups milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Plug in your waffle iron to get it heating. (I love this inexpensive animal waffle maker!)
In a medium bowl, add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Use a whisk to combine them.
Make a well in the center of your flour mixture and crack the eggs into it, add the melted butter and the milk. Whisk to combine well.
Ladle into the waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Eat piping hot or keep warm in a 200 degree oven until you are ready to serve.
Delicious with blueberries and freshly whipped cream on top, butter and syrup, jam, or whatever else you enjoy on a waffle.
NOTES
You’ll have the best luck if you use a finely ground wheat flour. I have great luck using whole wheat pastry flour (which is very finely ground).
I normally use 2% milk for this recipe but have also made it with almond milk with great success. If you’d like to try alternative milks, I think they’d work fine.

Easy & Healthy Banana Waffles Recipe | The Sweetest Journey
Learn how to make delicious and healthy waffles from scratch with this easy 6 ingredient breakfast recipe.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Ripe Bananas
3/4 Cup Milk (or milk substitute)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon Honey
Directions:
1. In one small bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Set aside. In another larger bowl, mash the bananas, then whisk in the milk. Add the vanilla and honey. Add dry ingredients and mix together just until combined.
2. Grease your waffle iron with cooking spray or butter. Spoon the batter onto the iron. (Make sure not to add too much batter or it will overflow.) Cook waffles for 3-4 minutes.
3. Optional: Spread butter on the waffles while they are still warm. Top with your favorite fruits, nuts, or other toppings.
