BANANA NUT CREAM CHEESE CAKE SUPREME
I use organic ingredients, PASTURE-RAISED, GRASS-FED, GRASS FINISHED, ANTIBIOTIC FREE meat & wild-caught fish.
Preheat oven 350℉
Butter two, 7 or 8-inch springform cake pans. Line the pans with parchment paper.

Prepare the cheesecake batter. Cover and set aside.
INGREDIENTS:
2 pkg. - (8 oz. Each) cream cheese, (room temperature)
½ cup - granulated sugar
2 eggs (large)
1 tsp - vanilla extract
1 tsp - butter (unsalted) (room temperature)
1 tsp - heavy whipping cream (room temperature)
In a stand mixer, or using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar and mix until sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Add the vanilla, butter, and heavy cream. Mix until combined. Add the eggs 1 at a time. On low speed, mix for 30 seconds after each egg is incorporated. Slightly blend. Set aside to add later to the cake batter.
Begin by chopping the walnuts and set aside. Then, in a small bowl, mash the bananas until creamy and lumpy and set aside.
INGREDIENTS:
DRY
2 cups - flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp - baking powder
1 tsp - baking soda
1 tsp - kosher salt
¼ tsp - ground nutmeg (optional)
¼ tsp - ground cinnamon
1½ cups - granulated sugar
¼ cup - brown sugar
WET
4 large eggs (slightly beaten), or 3 eggs if desired
2 cups - buttermilk or vitamin-D milk1 tbsp - vanilla extract
1 stick - butter (unsalted, melted)
¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil (light)
3 or 4 ripe bananas
1 firm banana (for topping, optional)
¾ cup - chopped walnuts (optional, but strongly suggested)
¼ cup - extra walnuts
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large bowl, add the dry ingredients to the flour: spices, salt, baking powder & baking soda (only). Sift together the dry ingredients (2 times). Slightly beat the eggs and set aside. In a medium size bowl, mix together the brown and white sugars, then add the melted butter and the extra virgin olive oil. Add the vanilla extract. Mix well until combined. Continue mixing to remove the sugar lumps. Add the SLIGHTLY beaten eggs. Gently mix well. Pour the wet ingredients into the flour mixture. Pour in half of the buttermilk or milk. Gently stir. Pour in the rest of the buttermilk or milk. Gently stir and scrape the sides. Avoid over-mixing. Gently stir and scrape the sides. Next to last, FOLD IN the mashed bananas. Lastly, gently FOLD IN the walnuts. Batter should be lumpy. Lumpy is good!
Pour the batter into the greased pans (lined with parchment paper). Pour any EXTRA batter into a buttered cake pan. Add the remaining walnuts with or without the filling. Or, bake without the filling or the walnuts.
Bake at 350℉ for 15 minutes, then add the cheesecake filling. Slowly open the over door and add the cheesecake filling in the middle of the batter. Slowly close the oven door to prevent the cake from sinking in the middle. Continue baking 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out dry. Remove the pans from the oven and place them on the stove top. Let the cakes cool, in the pans, for 30 minutes. Then, refrigerate and chill.
If needed, for evenness, cut off the top parts of the cakes before decorating. Spread the cream cheese topping on each layer (see the cream cheese topping recipe). Use the piping technique for the swirls design on the top.

Super Moist SUPREME VANILLA CAKE
Ingredients:
72.5g Super Moist Cake Mix Vanilla
**230ml(1cup) water
**80ml(1/3cup)vegetable oil
**3 eggs
Procedure:
1.Preheat oven to 180C.
Grease the pan with
butter and lightly flour.
2. BEAT eggs, oil,cake mix and water.
In a large bowl on low speed until
Moistened. Beat on medium speed for 3
minutes. Pour into pan.
3.BAKE 45 minutes or until barbecue stick
or toothpick inserted in center comes out
clean. Cool for 5minutes and then remove
from pan. Cool completely on a wire rack

1- Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Box Cake Mix ~ 15.25 oz {Any flavor of your choice}
1- Package of Lemon Natural Flavor Jell-O Instant Pudding Mix ~ 3.4 oz
4- Large Eggs
2/3 Cups of Melted Butted
1- Cup of Whole Milk
2- Tablespoons of Duncan Hines Creamy Lemon Frosting
1/2- tablespoon of Pure Vanilla Extract {Watkins OR McCormick}
1/2 -tablespoon of Lemon Extract {Watkins OR McCormick}
2-Large Fresh Lemons- {Squeeze Juice from Lemons to use in your Cake & Glaze, use only half of the juice in your cake mix batter}.
Baker's Joy Non-Stick Baking Spray {White & Blue Can}
Calphalon Bundt Cake Pan/ 10- inch Fluted Tube Cake Pan~ {Optional} OR 2- (9 Inch Calphalon Cake Pans) *This is the Brand that I use to Bake all my Cakes*
Preheat your oven @ 350 DEGREES!
Lemon Lime Glaze:
2 & 1/2- Cups pf Confectioner Sugar
2- Lg. Lemons
1/2 Tablespoon of Lemon Lime Extract
1/2 Tablespoon of Pure Vanilla Extract
1-Tablespoon of Melted Butter
1- Fresh Lemon {Squeezed fresh Lemon Juice}
2- Tablespoons of Duncan Hines Creamy Lemon Frosting
*Whisk all Ingredients together, be sure to whisk well until everything is mixed well. Then begin to pour along cake @ if using a Bundt Cake Pan pour along the top just as you saw my demonstration in my video.
*If using a 9 -inch cake pan simply pour in a circular rotation again just as you saw in my video, just let the glaze drip and apply the 2nd layer of cake and repeat the same process. You're going to have a moist & beautiful cake that taste & looks AMAZING!

* Mix your ingredients just as you saw me do it in my video. Bake in your oven on 350 degrees for 36 mins., or until your toothpick comes out clean!
*Once our cake is done, remove it from our oven, let it stand on our cooling rack upon our counter top for 20- mins or until its cool down some.
{Attached to this video is my Lemon Lime Glaze w/ Fresh Lemons that both my mother & grandmother made as I was a child}, except I put my own spin on this Glaze by using the ingredients that are in my video for this recipe. You're going to have your guest asking where's the cake cause it's going to be a #1 dessert on your table.
