How To make White Cake Supreme
3/4 c Shortening
1 1/2 c Sugar
2 1/4 c Cake flour; sifted
1 tb Baking powder
3/4 ts Salt
1 c Milk
1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
5 Egg whites
Recipe by: Southern Living
Cream shortening; gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Mix after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into batter. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round cakepans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove from pans, and let cool completely on wire WHITE CUPCAKES: Spoon batter into paper-lined muffin pans, filling each cup two-thirds full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from pans, and let cool on wire racks.

+ For the chocolate cake:
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
1/4 cup (30g) regular cocoa powder
1/2 cup (60g) Dutch processed cocoa powder
1 TBS (12g) baking powder
1 1/2 cup (300g) white sugar
2 large eggs
2/3 cup (157 mL) Canola/vegetable oil
1/2 cup (118 mL) milk
2 tsp (10 mL) vanilla extract
1 tsp (6g) salt
boil 3/4 cup + 2 TBS (208 mL) of water
2 TBS (11g) instant coffee powder
+ For the chocolate frosting:
16 TBS (227g) room-temperature unsalted butter
5 cup (625g) powered sugar/confectioner's sugar
3/4 cup milk (178 mL) + more if needed
3/4 cup + 2 TBS (105g) Dutch processed cocoa powder
1/2 cup (60g) regular cocoa power
2 tsp (10 mL) vanilla extract

Pillsbury Yellow Cake Mixture; Moist Supreme cake with Chocolate Cream Topping
Pillsbury Yellow Cake easy cooking directions:
Mix with 3 eggs(room temperature,1/2 cup oil and ½ water. Bake at 350 F (150C ) preheated over.
Grease baking pan with butter. Bake 30-40 minutes.
Chocolate Cream easy to make with 1 stick butter ( 100 gram) mixed with creamy texture. Creamy texture consists of mix ½ cup milk with 1 cup sugar plus 1 tbsp flour; cook until tick consistency, when it is cool add 1 tbsp coco powder.

Dry Ingredients
1 1/8 cups cake flour
1/2 Tbsp baking powder
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
4 eggyolks
1/4 vegetable oil
1/4 cup evap milk
1/8 cup water
1/2 tsp fine lemon zest
1/2 tsp fine orange zest
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Meringue
4 eggwhites
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/4+1/8 white sugar
Frosting
4oz cream cheese (very cold)
1 cup heavy cream (very cold)
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon fine lemon zest
1/2 tsp fine orange zest
Mango puree
1 1/2 mango
1/8 cup sugar
Mango toppings
1 1/2 mango
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1/8 cup sugar
1/3 water
1/3 cup water
1 cherry (optional)
Procedure
FLOUR MIXTURE
1. Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, then mix.
2. Add eggs, oil, milk, water, vanilla , lemon and orange zest, whisk or beat until smooth and well combine.
Preheat oven to 350°c
3. MERINGUE MIXTURE
3.1 Beat eggwhites, cream of tartar until white foamy, gradually add sugar while still beating, beat until stiff peak.
4. Combine flour mixture and meringue mixture by CUT&FOLD until combine well.
5. Pour equal amount on your pan. (I used 3 6x2 round pan, i pour batter mixture to the pan until it reach 3/4 inch thick.
6. Bake 15-20 minutes.
