How To make Veal with Sheeps Cheese (German)
2 1/2 lb Veal, lean
4 tb Oil
4 Onions
Salt Pepper 1 Salad Cucumber
1 Tomato, firm
1 bn Dillweed
3 1/2 oz Sheeps Cheese
1 Flat Bread, ready to bake
1. Cube the veal meat into big cubes and fry portions brown in the hot oil.
2. Peel and cube onions and add to meat and saute shortly.
3. Season good with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 40 min.
4. Peel cucumber, cut lengthwise and remove seeds,cut into cubes.
5. Add to the meat and let simmer another 20 min.
6. Wash and chop dillweed finely.
7. Peel and cube tomato.
8. Crumble the cheese and mix with tomato and dill and sprinkle over meat,
shortly before serving. 9. Bake the flat bread in the oven and serve with the meat and serve with a
good red wine.

Slovak bryndza dumplings - Good recipe ???????????? Potato dumplings with sheep cheese and bacon
800 g of cleaned potatoes
1 egg
4 teaspoons salt
140 g semi-coarse flour
140 g coarse flour
250 g bryndza
200 ml 12% sweet cream
200 g bacon
Finely grate the potatoes. 2 whole potatoes set aside.
Drain the grated potatoes.
Add eggs, salt, semi-coarse flour and coarse, mix.
2 potatoes cut into cubes to cook.
Put the dumplings in a pot with boiling salted water.
Cook the dumplings for about 10 minutes, until they come to the surface, drain the cooked dumplings.
Mix bryndza with cream, add dumplings and boiled potatoes.
Roast the sliced bacon.
We can add chives to taste.

Found Cancer in my Chicken Meat ???? #Shorts
Today I was quartering a chicken and found large masses of cancer in the chicken breasts. I have never seen this in chicken meat before. I have heard of cancer in pork meat but never seen it in chicken before. This is an example of why you should quarter your own chickens because you can see everything and discard the meat instead of just cutting around it. The grocery store refunded me and gave me a new chicken that was fine. In all my years first time seeing this. Let me know in comments if you have ever seen this before. #shorts
