Leftover Turkey Tacos | Makes 4 large, 5 medium, or 6 small
????INGREDIENTS????
9oz - 10.5oz / 250g - 300g Leftover Turkey
4 - 6 Tortilla Wraps, warmed
1/2 cup / 125ml Chicken Stock
1.5 tbsp Taco Seasoning
1 tbsp Tomato Puree (Tomato Paste in US)
1 tsp Honey
squeeze of Lime Juice
Olive Oil, as needed
Toppings:
Lettuce, shredded
Cheese, grated
Tomatoes, diced
Avocado, diced
Sour Cream
Extra Lime Juice (optional)
????METHOD????
Add leftover turkey to a bowl and sprinkle over 1.5 tbsp taco seasoning. Shred the turkey with two forks until evenly coated with the seasoning.
Heat up a drizzle of oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the turkey. Fry for no longer than 1 minute (just to lock in the seasoning), then stir in your 1 tbsp tomato puree/paste.
Pour in 1/2cup/125ml chicken stock, then add 1 tsp honey and a squeeze of lime juice. Allow the liquid to reduce.

Easy Turkey Tacos Recipe
Easy Turkey Tacos Recipe:
These are turkey tacos with the indulgence of fast food but the flavor and quality ingredients of homemade.
You begin by making a tangy lime-flavored sour cream, then tossing together a chunky mix of cabbage, corn, carrot, and radishes. Next you create the ultimate ground-meat filling: spices and cornstarch cooked with flavorful, juicy dark-meat turkey. The kicker here is the double layer of corn tortillas, a kind of crispy-soft tortilla sandwich, filled with melted cheese. It’s quietly over the top.
How to Make Turkey Tacos The RIGHT WAY | Tacos De Pavo
These turkey tacos are to die for. Great flavor and an absolute joy to everyone who try's them. Like always, as easy as possible to do and the most flavor possible.
Originally, we were going to do cook these outside on the disco and make a Turkey Discada Tacos video, but it is blazing hot outside at the moment, so we decided to make them inside. This would be the same exact process cooking outside, and the disco would provide a lot more room than this large pan we used.
Plus, outdoor cooking is always best in my opinion.
We did our very own pico de gallo, and added avocado to these tacos. It makes for a great combination of flavor.
Finally, if you happen to have any leftovers be sure to watch till the end to see what we do with our leftover turkey.
Enjoy!!
