The Best Fish Tacos
I'm sharing my favorite recipe for easy fish tacos. They're delicious, full of all the creamy, crunchy fresh ingredients you could ask for with lots of perfectly seasoned baked fish in every bite, and surprisingly healthy!
Full Recipe:
Growing up in Los Angeles, I’ve had more than my fair share of tacos. These ingredients below happen to be my favorite! Peppery radishes, a flavorful salsa, creamy avocado and plenty of vegetables make for an unbeatable taco.
They’re the perfect meal, filling but won’t weigh you down! Let’s be honest… any reason is a GOOD reason to make fish tacos! You can batter and fry your fish but this way is som much easier and the cabbage and araddish give even better crunch.

Making The Chipotle Burrito At Home | But Better
Look, I'm actually a fan of Chipotle, but it's high time to do it to em as we say. I'm talking homemade tortillas, beautifully marinated chicken, and perfect rice. Once everything is said and done, you're left with quite possibly one of the best burritos you'll ever eat.

Hi Everyone! Has anyone been craving a light refreshing meal but you’re concerned about hitting your macros? This delicious recipe is sure to take care of that. There are so many great ways to get in your fat by adding some ripe avocado chunks or sneaking in some MCT Oil to a spicy sriracha aioli. Adding some fresh cilantro, garlic and lime is an absolute must for us!
If you want the recipe for the tortilla we've started making (every day) (for everything) here it is:
Ingredients:
4 Cod Fillets
Fresh Cilantro
Limes
Jicama
Avocado
Fish Seasoning:
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Cayenne
1 tsp Sweet Paprika
1/4 tsp Sweetener (we used Pyure)
1/4 tsp Salt
For the spicy Mayonaise:
About 1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp sriracha powder (Start with one if you like it more mild)
Salt to taste
Juice from 1/2 Lime
Directions: Preheat oven (broil). Generously season the fillets on both sides. Place fish on a pre-greased pan. We broiled the fish on high for 10-12 minutes on the top rack. Remove from the oven and start to fill your tortillas. This is where you can be as creative as you’d like. We went ahead and added chopped jicama, fresh cilantro, Sofrito and a spicy sriracha mayonnaise. That’s it! Super easy, quick, delicious fish tacos you’ll never have to feel guilty for having!
