How To make Tortelloni and Vegetables Stir Fry
1 Small head green cabbage
1 Large red bell pepper
1 Large yellow bell pepper
1/4 c Olive or salad oil
1/2 ts Dried basil leaves
1 Large onion
1 Large green bell pepper
2 9 ounce cheese tortelloni
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black pepper
Cut out tough core from cabbage.Coarsely slice cabbage.Slice onion.Cut each pepper in half;cut off stems and white membrane and discard seeds.Cut peppers into 1/2" wide strips. Meanwhile prepare tortelloni as label directs.In a 8 quart Dutch oven or sauce pot over high heat,in hot oil,cook cabbage,onion,peppers,salt,basil and black pepper until tender crisp,stirring frequently. To serve,drain tortelloni;toss with vegetables.

INGREDIENTS
For the fresh egg pasta:
- 100 g Strong flour
- 1 Egg
- 3 g Salt
For the filling:
- 200 g Fresh spinach
- 250 g Ricotta
- Salt
- Pepper
For the sauce:
- 100 g Butter
- 7 or 8 Salvia leaves
- Grated parmesan
- Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS
1. Mix the flour, egg, and salt in a bowl until you have a smooth dough. Cover with cling film and let it rest for 30 minutes. For the filling, stir fry the spinach with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place in a bowl and toss with ricotta cheese. Put the dough in the refrigerator to cool.
2 Knead the dough and, with the help of a pasta machine, stretch it until you have rectangular, flat pieces.
3. Cut the pieces into five cm squares and seal, making the shape of tortellini. Set aside on a floured tray.
4. Bring a big pot of water and salt to a boil and cook pasta for five minutes over low heat.
5. In a skillet, add butter and salvia leaves, heating until it melts, and add the cooked pasta with a couple of tablespoons of the pasta water.
6. Serve with grated parmesan cheese and fresh ground black pepper.

Italian Chicken Tortellini Skillet -- one pan! | The Recipe Rebel

Ingredients
▢1 tablespoon canola or olive oil
▢1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2) cut into ½ pieces
▢1 tablespoon minced garlic
▢1 teaspoon dried basil
▢1 teaspoon dried oregano
▢1 teaspoon salt
▢½ teaspoon dried thyme
▢⅛ teaspoon red chili flakes (more if you like the heat)
▢14 oz canned diced tomatoes (with liquid) 398 ml
▢1 cup chopped fresh spinach
▢½ cup roasted red peppers (store bought) chopped
▢½ cup cream (any kind – or milk)
▢½ cup chicken broth
▢2 teaspoons corn starch
▢3 cups frozen cheese tortellini (350 grams)
▢1 cup shredded mozzarella
▢2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, stirring as needed, about 3-4 minutes.
Add garlic, basil, oregano, salt, thyme, and chili flakes and and cook 1 minute.
Add tomatoes, roasted red peppers, and cream. Whisk together the corn starch and broth and stir into the pan as well.
Add the tortellini and bring to a simmer over medium high heat. Reduce heat to medium low, cover and cook until tender (about 3-4 minutes).
Stir in spinach and cheeses and serve.
