How to make Tomato Aspic w/ 52 Skillz! Stump Kitchen 9
Episode 9: Tomato Aspic w/ 52Skillz! Feel free to post cooking and stump related questions in the comments. Recipe that didn’t work: boil about 1 tablespoon of agar agar in about 1.5 cups of water until dissolved. Combine I cup of gf vegan tomato soup, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, a handful of grated lemon rind, about a tablespoon of sugar, few splashes of hot sauce, and some ripped up basil. Add the agar agar mixture, mix, and spoon into muffin cups (about 1/2 inch full) and put into fridge to set for at least 3 hours. Note: I left some in the fridge for a few days and found that they had almost set to solid, so maybe I just needed to add more agar agar or let it set for s SUPER long time?!
