Lumpia with Sweet Chili Sauce
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Beef qeema (Mince) 350 gms
-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 Cup
-Gajar (Carrot) finely chopped 1 Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
-Fresh parsley chopped 1/4 Cup
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tsp
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs
-Manda patti 5 x 5 inch 10-15
-Cooking oil for frying
Sweet Chili Sauce:
-Pani (Water) 1 Cup
-Cheeni (Sugar) ½ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Corn flour 1 tbs
-Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs
Directions:
-In bowl,add beef mince,onion,carrot,garlic,fresh parsley,black pepper crushed,salt,chicken powder,soy sauce and egg,mix well & set aside.
-In all-purpose flour,add water and mix well to make a smooth paste & set aside.
-Take samosa sheet/manda patti 5 x 5”,add mince filling,fold over the sides,roll up and apply all-purpose flour paste.
-Prepare the remaining rolls similarly (makes 24-26).
-Can be stored on freezer for up to 2 weeks.
-In wok,heat cooking oil and fry on low flame until golden brown.
Prepare Sweet Chili Sauce:
-In saucepan,add water,sugar,salt,red chili crushed,garlic and mix well,bring it to boil and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-In corn flour,add water and mix well.
-Now add dissolve corn flour,mix well and cook until thickens & l let it cool down.
-Serve lumpia with sweet chili sauce.

-Maida mein pani dal dein aur ache tarhan mix ker ka smooth paste tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Samosa sheet/manda patti 5 x 5” per qeema filling dal dein aur tamam sides ko fold ker ka roll ker lein aur maida ka paste laga lein.
-Is he tarhan baqi rolls bhi tayyar ker lein (makes 24-26).
-2 weeks tak freezer mein store ker saktay han.
-Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Prepare Sweet Chili Sauce:
-Saucepan mein pani,cheeni,namak,lal mirch crushed aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Corn flour mein pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Ab dissolve corn flour shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein aur garha hunay tak paka lein & thanda ker lein.
-Lumpia ko sweet chili sauce ka saath serve karein.

Moon Fan Fried Rice is a quick lunch box recipe. It is very different from the usual fried rice and is cooked in an interesting method, let’s see how to make it.
Prep time - 20 mins
Cooking Time - 30 mins
Number of servings - 4 persons
Ingredients
Basmati Rice - 1 Cup (250 Ml)
Sesame Oil - 1 1/2 Tbsp
Chopped Garlic - 1 Tsp
Onion - 1 No. Thinly Sliced
Carrot - 1 No.
Cabbage - 1 Cup
Mushroom - 200 Gms
Salt - 1 Tsp
Pepper
Spring Onion
Oyster Sauce - 2 Tbsp
Soy Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Water
Bamboo Steamer
Cabbage Leaves
Garlic Fried Rice & Mushroom Gravy recipe -
Chicken Fried Rice recipe -
Method
1. Cook the rice about 3/4th done and keep aside
2. Heat oil in a wok, toss in onions, garlic, carrots, cabbage and mushrooms, spring onions and saute
3. Add oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, spring onions, and mix
4. Add rice and toss well
5. Now take a bamboo steamer or any vessel and lay it with cabbage leaves, layer it with the fried rice and layer it again with cabbage leaves. Close the steamer/ vessel tightly and steam it for 10 minutes
6. Serve hot
Chili Tofu Gravy
Prep time - 10 mins
Cooking Time - 20 mins
Number of servings - 4 persons
Ingredients
Tofu - 200 Gms
Sesame Oil - 2 Tsp
Chopped Garlic - 1 Tsp
Chopped Ginger - 1 Tsp
Onion - 1 No.
Capsicum - 1/2 No.
Soy Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Red Chili Sauce - 2 Tbsp
Tomato Ketchup - 1 Tbsp
Vinegar - 1 Tsp
Red Chili Flakes - 1 Tsp
Water - 1/2 Cup
Corn Flour - 1 Tsp
Water
Spring Onion Greens
Method
1. Firstly, marinate the tofu pieces with red chili sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper
2. Marinate it for about 10 minutes
3. Once the tofu pieces are marinated, pan fry the pieces till they are golden brown in color and keep them aside
4. Heat a pan with some oil, saute ginger, garlic, onion, capsicum and spring onions
5. Add the sauces and mix well
6. Mix the cornflour in some water to make a cornflour slurry and add it to the pan
7. Add the fried tofu pieces and bring the gravy to a boil
8. Garnish it with chopped spring onion greens and serve it hot
