One Bowl Turkey Bacon Egg Bites By Risa

These Turkey Bacon egg bites are low fat, high protein, low carb, guiltfree, healthy , versatile and absolutely delicious!
A great breakfast, brunch, lunch,snack , appetizer and even a dinner option too!!!
You can enjoy them for yourself, family,friends or for any special occasions or holidays !!!
They are 1sp on WW Blue and Purple
2sp on WW Green unless you change the Ingredients!!
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
Spray your muffin tray well with Olive oil or any
Cooking spray!!
Bake for approximately 30 minutes or so!
Ingredients:
5 extra large eggs
6 slices Turkey Bacon
1 cup of almond or any milk
1 cup of egg whites
1/3 cup Self raising flour
1/3 cup or more low fat grated cheese ( I added a bit more to sprinkle on top is optional)
1 cup or more of grilled or raw veggies ( I used Vidalia Onions, broccoli, Zucchini,red and orange peppers )
Salt and pepper
1 tsp each of garlic and onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp Garlic and Pepper Seasoning
Directions:
Grill all your small chopped up veggies or use raw ( allow to cool down before adding to egg mixture) Set aside
Add Turkey Bacon to your skillet and cook until you like it! Then cut into small pieces! Set aside.
In a large bowl add all ingredients and mix well
Add mixture to your muffin pan.
Sprinkle extra cheese or other seasonings on top ( optional) or leave as is.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes but check to make sure the muffins are firm and dry inside ( use a long wooden skewer to check)
Once baked use a butter knife to carefully go along the sides to loosen the muffins.
Eat right away or at room temperature!!
I actually love them cold too!!
When reheating simply add to a plate and microwave for a minute or so.
Keep them in a sealed container in your fridge or in your freezer to enjoy for other occasions!!!

Mutton Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
Mutton Chops 1KG
Salt ½ TSP
Turmeric powder ½ TSP
Ginger+garlic powder 2 TBSP
Water 300ML
For Marination
Dahi ½ Cup
Salt ½ TSP
Red Chilli powder 1 TSP
Crushed Coriander 1 TSP
Cumin Seeds 1 TSP
Garam Masala 1 TSP
Yellow Food Color ¼ TSP
Lemon Juice 1 TBSP
Green chilli chopped 2
Direction:
In a pressure cooker, add Mutton chops, Ginger+garlic paste, Salt, Turmeric powder, water, mix it well and bring it to boil.
Now cover and steam cook for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes open the cooker and cook until water dries.
In a bowl, add yogurt, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, crushed coriander, cumin seeds, lemon juice, yellow food color, Green chilli chopped and mix it well.
Add Boiled mutton chops and apply the mixture.
Now rest it for 30 minutes.
In a pan, add cooking oil and heat it.
Add Marinated mutton chops, cover and cook each side for 3 minutes on low flame.
Mutton chops is ready to serve.
