8 c Water 6 tb Thai tea Sugar Ice cubes Half and half; -=OR=- - sweetened condensed milk Bring water to boil. Add tea and steep 5 minutes. Strain and season to taste with sugar. Cool, then chill in refrigerator. When ready to serve, place ice cubes in each of 6 tall glasses. Pour tea over ice, leaving room to add half and half to taste. The Art Of Thai Iced Tea
Here is what you'll need!
Thai Iced Tea Servings: 1-2
INGREDIENTS 2 cups water 8 tablespoons Thai tea 6 teaspoons sugar 2 teaspoons sweetened condensed milk 2 teaspoons heavy cream
PREPARATION 1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. 2. Add Thai tea and steep for 5 minutes. 3. Add the sugar to boiling tea. 4. Strain with a cloth tea filter (or use a strainer several times). 5. Let tea mixture cool. 6. Pour over ice. 7. In a small mixing bowl, combine condensed milk with cream. 8. Add milk and cream to the tea. 9. Mix and enjoy!

Ingredients: 2 cups of water 1/3 cup sugar 2/3 cup Thai Tea Blend whole/evaporated/condensed milk
Directions: Bring water to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and add sugar then the Thai Tea Blend and let steep for 5 minutes. Then let the tea cool for 30 minutes before adding it to a glass of ice. Then top with the milk and stir if desired.
